There are many hostels in europe.. you can live there on daily basis..
it could charge something between 10€ to 18€ per day depending upon rooms and hostels..

yes, you can stay in a hotel for 10-15 days. (But hostels are cheaper than hotels.) Prices are different from hotels to hotels and also according to rooms.

After getting your apartment contract, you have to make an appointment for Anmenndung (city registration). For an appointment, you need your apartment contract & passport. also, carry another document. yet, you have any doubts, DM me on Instagram.
