Is this some kind of joke ? By the looks of it I think none of these people should be allowed to go anywhere near any machinery.Using sand to reclaim land, no wonder the trucks sank in.Most sensible people would use rocks and debris before adding the sand.

1st we have one truck hopelessly bogged. Then, the Dozer gets bogged, Then, another truck gets stuck. Note the high sides on the small single axle trucks...away overloaded as usual. Not to mention filling the swamp with fine sand as a construction base!! To many cooks spoiling the broth!

@Sidek Samad There were at least 18 people shouting orders at both dozer ops and two truck drivers. I don't know Cambodian but I think they were all yelling contradictory orders.
@@kfourom I'm an engineer, worked in Asia on some big jobs, as in lead engineer. It is normal for 18 people to be in charge, DON'T ASK ME, but you see it in all their videos. I shut my job down on the first day, and said, "Either I'm in charge, or YOU guys are in charge, I don't care which, but if YOU guys are in charge, I'm not responsible. If I am in charge, then I am the ONLY person giving orders or somebody is going to get killed, maimed, or we destroy a million dollar piece of equipment." It went well for a few days, people did good, stopped giving orders. I took a break, and big machine fell and was laying agains the side wall of the building. Indians scrambling verywhere and arms flying. I came out and SCREAMED.... QUIET, everybody QUIET. They all went and sat down, close by... and I studied the predicament, when I settled on the solution, we slowly inched it upright, inch by inch. Any wrong move, and the back wall of the building would have come down, and the roof, OR / and we destroyed a million dollar printing press. Back to your comment... Normal..... AND... "I too don't get it....."

Get them teenagers out of there, stop letting the water come back over your sand and maybe you can get this very minor little job done. I operated a bulldozer for 30 years and I never let even 1 " KID" tell me what to do. What an unnecessary chaotic mess !!
Other countries, other customs ;-) Perhaps the Bullzoder and trucks are underpowered? Clear obstacles in front of the tires.

Those short wheel base trucks with single rear axle and dual wheels, are always getting bogged it seems, not to say the larger ones are free from trouble
its just that the shorties are prone to needing a helping push often.

In this condition this is necessary to use a 2X10 feet ( 2feet wide and 10 feet long) steel plat under wheel of dumper. That will help to stop stuck in mud
