My Top 5:
5 - Enigma: Teleport, MF & Strength; super useful, pretty much everyone uses it
4 - Hustle: Sweet to put on a merc for your Melee characters for the Fanatacism. Can also go in your armor if you need the IAS
3 - Insight: speaking of merc weapons, pretty much every character benefits from putting this on their merc. You'll (almost) never need a mana pot again!
2 - Stealth: Like you said, incredible armor, useful from beginning of the game up until the higher levels
1 - Spirit: +skills, FCR, mana, nice res if in a shield. Can be used from beginning to the end of the game.
My list, since I primarily play necro.... People be sleeping on the obedience.
5- Insight
4- Spirit
3- Obedience
2- Infinity
1- Enigma
Duress and Obedience are the 2 i love to run and don't often see.
My favourite runeword is ancients pledge. It's the only one you are guaranteed to get, because its from an act 5 quest and is immediately useful to every class.

i love me some exile, its just the best but i do ubers alot so yeah, exile and cta both interchangable 1 and 2, spirit 3 enigma 4 and coh 5
i just never used infinity enough to care, sunder charms make it obsolete for cold sorc and i don't like using other sorcs.
started playing again a month ago and made me a horker, havent found anything good yet with him, my smiter though has given out a bunch of torches to my friends that started playing again too.
playing non ladder because who knows we all might stop playing in a week or two, atleast this way we can pick up right where we left off
Oh I hear you on the Exile! Lifetap is our bread and butter! It made my HC Ubers a LITTLE less stressful. Just a little lmao!

I would take enigma out; my favourites are the rest as you can get them in normal and they are massive game changes, especially spirit for casters. Spirit is the most OP runeword in the game.
Yeah kinda love/hate relationship with Spirit! It’s SO good that it just outshines everything else, kinda like Grief and Enigma. But still feels great to use them when you roll that sweet 35 FCR or 400 ED on the Grief! 🤙

1 phoenix
cure very close to being my #1, either that or plague are used on 100% of my builds
I do love me a good Phoenix on my Javazon but it sometimes makes the Necro/Hork homies sad 😂
