I went to barber school while working 3rd shift , sleeping an hour a day & raising 4 kids. Definitely a struggle. Also paid for it all out of pocket.

My barber journey all started with a les brown/Vic Damone video I watched because it was a drop fade tutorial I wanted to cut my children's hair.

I just graduated barber school 2 months ago, in the shop now, and I'm a part of the course family. I went to barber school while working a full-time job including working the night shift. Wasn't easy, but it was worth it. I still currently work my night job part-time, I'm gonna quit the 2nd job by the end of the year. I finished school in 8 months and got my license at 10 months.

I see will talking about stocks. Do you know guys what is needed for a stock to go from 100$ to 700$? Even big investors with years of experience lose money on the stock market. The NYSE is a whole different beast guys if you go in with the mindset: oh I'm going to make my money work for me let's buy some Nike shares, then you are about to lose BIG hard earned money
Back in the day... Yes 2003 is when my young 16 year old ass rode BMX. One kid who got cuts from me back then (rip troy) (he was hit by a car) anyways he hands me a card with a number on it.. it ended up being the training grounds and I was there for 6 years. I had my apprentice for 12 years! Got master 1st time because I was very ready. I didn't even get my driver's license 1st time. Lol. Here I am going on 20 years my own shop and trying to grow into education on long island NY where will and marv are welcome as well as guys like Jay majors and many more of these guys who I have seen and hung out with many times. Met will at ATL barbercon. Part of Marv's course and now after a long time my work is getting noticed and alot of people in the industry get stuck with limited thinking and just about a year plus ago my mind has been open for different things. Yes I have hit the six figures in current and now at the million Dollar level search. All from just starting out. My story may not be yours but it could inspire and it's time to let people know who @the_originals_versastyles is and how it all came to be.
