No fucking way. The Hall of Lame is the complete antithesis of what The Dolls were about. It's nothing but a corporate wankfest. No band with any self-respect should get anywhere near that dreadful entity.
The Dolls weren’t active for long enough to warrant inclusion in the Hall. Sure they made a big splash and influenced other bands, but still not Hall-worthy.
At a NY Dolls show in Dallas, Texas in '72 or'73 *unsure the date, my gay and lesbian friends dressed in each others gear.
Ah, ¿cómo llamas a tu amante?
Basura, recógela, quítales las luces
Basura, ve a recogerlo, ve a guardar ese cuchillo
Basura, ve a recogerla, no regales tu vida
Basura, recógela, no tires tu amor
Oh basura, wow, wow, mi dulce bebé, wow, wow
