Good Morning God Bless Joyce Dave her family the JMM Team everyone reading this .I went to the ER with spasms in my lower back wearing a back brace and had a shot muscle relaxer and pain patch on my lower back . They gave me muscle relaxer to take at home but I will have to order more from my doctor and get refills on it until my pain and spasms go away .God I know will heal me but will be in his timing not mine .I know he will heal me but not in my timing and may have to suffer awhile until he does heal me .Canceling bone scans today and Tuesday make the scans later maybe 2 to 3 weeks till I heal and have had PT pain mangement .

I don't complain but I have dropsy of the leg and dropsy of the butt because I stepped in dog dirt and got it all over my shoe. When I complained about all the dog dirt round here I got it flung at my door. Terrible
