There is a group c body in game and an lmp1 car body mod, and some engines can get over 4000hp when turboed. You could even put it out to subscribers to make the fastest car they can round a track with set regulations from you.
There's a game called Automation where you can actually put together a car (engine and all, though no F1 cars) and then you can export it into BeamNg Drive to drive it. Also, my favorite map is the Endurodrome, though that map is not really suited for an F1 car.
Haven't watched the video yet to see if you discovered it, but aerodynamics are simulated in this game. You can even drive upside down in a tunnel at high speeds. In more janky cars, body panels will sometimes fly off and then the car sometimes takes flight at extreme speeds

In the Italy map mod, there is a street curcuit. It is quote Baku-like with the 'narrowness' of Monaco and some sick elevation changes. Perfect for crashing. A lot.
Endurodrome and American Road maps are pretty fun, but you'll need something with more than a centimeter of ground clearance for just about all of the maps in the game. A lot of fun can be had when you combine BeamNG and Automation, as you make cars you can attempt to 'beat' the maps with. A good series to check out is Consider's Autopolitan on youtube, as he just has fun building for weird concepts and pitting his creations against each other in Top Gear style challenges.

You should try pressing ctrl. I won't spoil what it does, unless you already know. Some key binds to know: r resets vehicle, ctrl r resets vehicle where you are, insert let's you go back in time or something, shift c is free cam. Have a nice day😃
If you'd like some realism with these cars on tracks so that they don't slide around everywhere, go to Environment Settings and turn it to Jupiter gravity. It straps the car to the ground.

@aarava In the enviroment menue you can set the gravity to "negative earth". I want to know if the Formula 1 car would hold on to the ground (or celing?) if you cange it at top speed and if yes how slow can you go while still holding on and for how long.

Well as i own this game i want to recommend a few tracks to drive on. there is a tsukuba map and also two nordschleife maps one Being the carribean hell and the Other with asphalt grass. A few maps that dont exist in real life but are still quite good are fujigoko which has a racetrack on it and also toban raceway. Id also recommend a racecar that is pretty hand but fun to drive, it’s called the FFE-Motorsports V10-35SP. And please try automation it’s a great game trust me.

There is a san Francisco map that is free roam but it has a drag strip and a race track
Crashes can be a lot more spectacular with the base cars so make sure to give those a go too!
