I used prep agent and did the many available quiz's, podcasts, webinars and videos, etc to help me study. Last Wednesday I passed my GA RE-EXAM 1ST TRY!!! THANK YOU SO SO MUCH, YOU HAVE NO IDEA! Side note: I passed even under the stress of my father being terminally ill and declining badly the same week as my test. I thought for sure I would fail! I didn't because of Prep Agent! I NEEDED to pass so I could tell him and he got to here it and said he was "proud of me". 😥❤ TO ALL OF YOU, YOU'VE GOT THIS!

I dropped out of college last year to pursue my dream of becoming a real estate agent and it worked. It’s really worth it and I have no regrets. Been an amazing journey but it’s not as easy as I thought anyways
I'm in the middle of this decision right now, everyone's telling me to finish school but every second I spend at school I feel like I could be spending on my real estate. I think this comment really helped me make my decision
I just wanted to let you know that I have been watching your videos for a while. I took my RE class back in March and finished but due to full time college and work I did not take the test right away and procrastinated a bit but during my semester/winter break this money I tacked it again, I used quizlet, and listened to your exam prep videos non stop while I read my study guide etc....I finished the class 9 months ago and just took my test for the first time. I finished the whole national and state in an hour and a half and passed first time!! I recommend your videos to everyone in my RE schools alumni group. Thanks so much. I am also a marketing major!! Ill have my bachelors degree in the fall to pair with my RE license. Thanks so much!!
I love how calm this is don't get me wrong I love the upbeat videos too but this one helps when you want to focus without distractions. And I have been sleeping to joe and Stu's voice lately so this might be my new video to sleep to.

I recently took my exam in Nevada and there was no GRM question but it had GIM question. I also had a question that asked if flood insurance is standard in a home insurance policy which is not.
The meditation version is better than the ones where the answers aren’t even read and instead they say “Oh it was B. Correct.” This is much easier for listening.
Hi Joe, I understand your concept for the relaxation music. But I don't like it because it's a distraction for me to hear you clearly. Keep up the great work for it was PrepAgent that I credit in helping me to become successful in my Real Estate Exam on the first attempt!!!
All these questions were on my exam the second time I took the test.. I failed now I have to go back next week. But I’m sure the questions are going to be completely different this time -.-
Im back on here again because 5 years ago joe helped me pass my test i been an agent 5 years now im studying to be a broker but an associate broker im not ready to be on my own so im back so i can pass my brokers test❤❤

I like what you’re doing here. I just want to add that 1.) I wish you could repeat the question and 2.) if you say A B C or D your answer would be the letter and the answer if possible. A lot of times I can’t watch but listening and I’m answering with the letter and then you just give the answer and not the letter as well. Just my thoughts.
The questions didn’t even line up with what I studied or was taught. This exam is a money game. I watch all the videos and again the questions didn’t line up with the exam.
