Thank you! No our Trusdale did not come with a utility door. And there is no space for both a washer and a separate dryer. We have a washer dryer and there is storage next to it, so maybe that can be converted into a space for a separate dryer, im not sure.

Not sure what that is though. Boilers are usually downstairs and that cupboard is empty on most Trusdales I think.
