Lastly, I wanted to reiterate that the drive is just absolutely exceptional: robust, well-made, durable, and ever-so-smooth! One thing I like to do with HDDs is put them to my ear to hear them in action. I've done this with dozens of drives. This is by far the smoothest drive I've ever had the pleasure of hearing in action. This is coming from a long-time Fujitsu HDD owner! Also, I really love the USB-C interface.
What I wanted to mention about the Seagate drive is that it has that horrible/wonky proprietary interface that is prone to not make good contact and disconnect/reconnect repeatedly when you least want it to! If you ever have owned one or have used the Seagate proprietary interface cable, you know what I'm talking about! Not with this drive! USB-C all the way, baby!!!

I bought the same one from Amazon but I thought it was fake, given the 130mb sticker. On all the original ones it says 135 on the 5TB..
