- Shreyans is the founder of Under 25 Club which is for the young generation of the country.
He talks about how to solve and deconstruct any of those problems, to lead an amazing life. He says that problem is all about two things - declaration and it's consequences. He speaks about how his dad solved the problem in the biggest crisis and what to learn from that. He says that everybody has a problem solving cycle which all go through it but won't realise it.
Inefficient problem solvers go through entire cycle with full of stress in mind and efficient problem solvers go through entire cycle by being cool which is needed to solve the problem.

I listened to the entire video and I have read the comments. I want to apologize on behalf of all the rudeness and lack of grace that was shown to you in the comments. I appreciate the positivity and the vision you presented to help those, especially the younger gens, with problem solving. I am an entrepreneur, Christ follower, and traveler (have been to more countries than states). I admire all cultures who try to keep a positive perspective, share there wisdom, and attempt to leave a good impact on the world. I do not get hung up on a heavy accent when someone is using the English language to communicate a good message. Thank you for sharing your story and your problem solving hacks. God bless you! Excellent speech. You really know what you are trying to communicate. What you are trying to communicate is also wonderfully wise. Going further, not only do some problems not have solutions, they also can destroy everything you hold dear. Like when you lose a limb in an accident. MINDSET however, ensures that ALL is not lost, after the limb is lost.
Excellent way of dealing a problem. It is amazing how easily this could solve problem of millions. We like such people in and around to bring positive vibes and make sure productivity whatever field we are in. Great help! God bless you dear!

Its so difficult to change the way we think ,they way we see obstacles or problems. Our human existence is filled with them yet there is no formal education to tackle this abstract lifetime 'problem '.I needed to hear your talk and you broke it down so simply ,that even I feel I can figure it out now.

What I learned from this is taking a negative situation and change it with a positive outlook will most likely lead you to a solution. If you think about what your positive emotional state will be when you do solve it, then you will have the drive to take action that will lead you to a solution.

This is our main problem in our society. Our youth does not know how to problem solve. Especially now that everybody has cell phone and laptops that does the thinking for them.
I mean that's kinda why im here. But the adults in my life saying "just figure it out" is extremely discouraging when you can't figure it out and you're mentally blocked.
I need to learn how to get past the block but alot of adults just expect you to just figure out how to figure out which ends up in a loop thats really discouraging and makes you feel really alone ):

I admire your positive and enthusiastic outlook however while you use your fathers example perhaps if your father had considered the potential negative worse case outcomes and paid more attention and put more resources towards fire safety he would not have been in that situation in the first place.... just a thought. I think there should be an additional step between 1. Identifying & 2.Analyzing which is 1.5. Do you want to solve the particular problem?
....Stating the obvious, i know this already, but how to really tackle the problem in different ways, not only have one way for an option.
There is always only one way. Our Lord and Savior Jeebus Crust will show you the way.
What you are really trying to talk about is - how to deal with a situation that has occurred, rather than to worry about it. However, think about this - is the situation the problem? or is the cause(s) of the situation, the problem(s)? The inefficient problem solvers - as you call them - due to their emotion will want to know - what caused the situation in the first place. The efficient problem solvers - as you call them - will focus on recovering. Both are problem solvers. Do not discount the power of emotion. Just as - do not eulogise reason. Both are thinking. You are calling both of them "problem solvers". Who knows which is efficient or which inefficient.

His English is actually perfect. It's his accent. If you can't handle listening through someone's accent to what they're saying, it's your issue and it needs to be corrected. You're going to come across a lot of people with thick accents. It takes a bit, but you just have to listen to them more intently.

English is not my native language either. I would like to listen this guy (and some other Indian speaker also) but I hardly understand what they are pronuciating.
Maybe with time I will undrestand them better, but It is like it is now, unfortunately.
If there is English subtitle I could read it...
Obviously, Indians need to put extra effort in pronunciating and accenting, because you have hard one and we can't speak foreign language with our native accent, at least we should put an effort to imitate the accent to be understood.
