Hey I have ordered from LAAM from Canada but for last 10 days the order status is stuck in processing. Can you please tell if this is normal? Do they send any email when the status changes?

Did you select express dresses or regular delivery dresses? The express dresses will have a lightning bolt icon on the dress which means that the dress will be shipped right away, otherwise the dresses will deliver after 1 month.
As for my experience, they did email me that a dress was not available so they gave two options; wait for it to come back in stock and then ship my order or remove the dress and have my order shipped.
Definitely reach out to them through the email provided as they respond in a timely manner.
