- Bass love CRANKBAITS!! Many anglers will throw them all year but many don't think about the fall bite! Throwing crankbaits in the fall is effective. Bass are feeding up for the winter and they haven't moved to the ditches yet. Target these fish with a reaction and feeding bite!! #fishing #bassfishing #outdoors #fishingpodcast #podcast #spottedbassfishing #bassfishingvideos #fishingtips #largemouthbassfishing #crankbait #crankbaits #howtofish

Love crank baits
Great vid Ryan, thanks !!!
Thanks for sharing these fall crankbait tips! Can't wait to try them out on the water and land some big bass this season. 🎣🍂
Good stuff sir! Keep this coming!!
Will Do!!
If you are not cranking in the fall…you are missing out. I cranked a DT10 & DT20 (not a N. Ga lake) for about 8 hours yesterday. DT20 through bait balls in deeper water and the DT10 in standing timber with wind blown rock banks. I’m addicted to it.
It can be a lot of fun and of course, they catch fish!! Thanks for watching!
Nice vid Ryan, I really enjoy the content.
I appreciate it!
I don’t understand… I use to be scared to throw a crank bait into a tree but after Sir Ryan encouraged me to be brave I did it. I went out yesterday and threw 6 crank baits into trees… I will say that It didn’t help me catch any fish… BUT Im not afraid anymore. If you don’t believe me you can go look because every single one of those crank baits are still hanging in the tree I threw them in… at the end of the day… I may not have caught anymore fish with this technique… but along the banks of Toona… those crank bait laden trees sure are starting to remind me of Christmas!
Don't throw them "IN" the trees throw them in the laydowns & blowdowns lol Thanks for the laugh!
Great content keep it up. You think from a kayak a 7' med-heavy / mod-fast would work well?
It should!
Awesome video. On a side note… Ryan I know you are the go to guy for Jigs. What rod, reel set up do you recommend?
For all around fishing a jig: a 7’1” MH-Fast casting rod with a Shimano Castias 7:2:1 reel. For heavy cover as in laydowns and around thinner grass a 7’3” Heavy Fast with same reel.
