You should probably sign Alphonso Davies coz he plays as both LB/LM. And you should play Gernacho as RW and Rashford as LW. And you must sign a new GK coz Onana has been useless lately.
You can also change the formation to 3-4-3 after signing Davies and you should change Phillips back to RM, while Bruno and De Jong should play CM, and Rashford and Gernacho as wingers while you use Højlund as the striker.

PCQ : Since you have been trying to take many long shots and not many of them are not going in, you should sign players like Tielemans, Goretzka, Calhanoglu or Valverde, all those players have great shot power and long shots.

I love the team so far, as said before De Ligt would be a great buy and a young LB as well since I don't see much in Shaw tbh, maybe replace him with someone like Nuno Mendes and maybe also bring in Todibo to replace Maguire on the bench and someone like Antonio silva to replace Lindelof and I think that's a very strong team with a good defence which is lacking.
