Mera doubt ye hai ki agar kisi ke paas GST no nahi hai, aur woh jaata hai apna gaadi ka tyre change karne, toh GST toh poora pay karega.
Aur jiske paas GST number hai woh GST ka tax credit ke claim karega. Woh bolega apne business ke liye gaadi use hota hai. Magar woh maximum apne personal use ke liye hi gaadi use karta hai.
Eh toh sirf ek cheez hai. Aise bahut saare cheez hain jisme jiska GST number hai uska fayda hai magar jiska nahi hai usko nuksaan hai.
Toh govt isko kaise tackle karti hai

But as you mentioned above in the comment, "How would someone know that I am not using it......", well!! my friend!! that depends upon the value of the product. Basically, you'll be safe until there is an inspection.

Matlab ghuma fhira kar tumne jo tax dena h govt ko wo dena hi hai bas tum apni purchase ki gai chiz pr jo tax pay kr dete ho usko govt se vasool bhi lete ho. End me product ka tax ka paisa govt tk pahuch hi jaata h.

Hi, thank you. I have a query. I am a sole proprietor and i need to buy laptop. DO i need to pay from my GST registered current account or can i pay from my personal account also and claim input tax credit. Also, if i have insufficient balance in my current account, can i add amount into it and not show as sales income? in that case, under what head do i need to show that transaction/amount? Anyone, please help.
