Excellent video thanks for the info
Great video. Clear definition on video, and clear instructions. Well done. Thanks!
Agreed. Even for a novice
Fantastic video, thank you.
My pr5020 chainsaw is pumping out too much that I was thinking that with just a few minute use will drain the oil out. what is the possible remedy.
Where do you order the new oil pump from?
When the break is foward it is locked as in the chain will not move, but you said we want to make sure the break isn't locked and then you locked it. ;)
No, he said you didn't want the spring compressed, and when the brake is in the forward position the spring isn't compressed.
Cool
Was that a 3/8 or 1/2 inch drive impact wrench, and what was the rated torque on it? Thanks! DeWalt?
Is this oil pump setup the same system as the older Poulan chainsaws? I mean the take down may be a little different because the older one don't have the clutch brake. I just got a like new 15 year old Craftsman (built by Poulan) that leaks bar oil pretty bad and I'm suspecting and problem around the oil line grommet at the oil tank, if its the same system as used in the one in the video. The saw I got is an 18" factory chain, still sharp, and never sharpened and it has the storage case, and it was FREE! The fuel line was rotted away but I've already changed that.
I have the yellow and black 46cc Poulan pro is this the same part number?
So on the 42cc you don't need to take the handle off to take the brake off
Hello, could you please provide the manufacture and the model number and I will be happy to research this for you.
