If you raise Bahamuts attack with strength spheres, his overdrive Mega Flare can break the damage limit, and honestly against these fights it's always best to have all your aeons Overdrive filled, cause when u raise all your aeons Attack up, you can deal some serious damage to all the Seymour fights, and honestly during my playthrough of the original version (Not the HD remastered) i made sure to fill all my Aeons overdrive up

WHY DID YOU NOT USE MEGA FLARE ON NATUS? I got him him in two moves with that and Diamond Dust. Felt good.
