Im sure the new neighbors appreciate you filming the progress of getting access to their properties. It can't be easy having work done when you can't be there to check it all out for yourself.
It's torture! We are the ones that bought the property just north of where the new access road was made. They also cleared us a spot to park our camper when we move from Arizona to Arkansas! All their hard work is much appreciated and we are very grateful that Gary & Mary filmed it all for us! We would love to be there already to watch it in person but this was a great video! ❤
PRIDE is what that clean equipment shows me.
The workers are proud of their machines and that tells me a lot about the company that owns them and if they are proud of the machines then they can do great work and take care of their machines

Great filming finally of getting to see what you are seeing in front of you. And not back and forth of missing so the camera is just on you. Certain jobs are best that you hear the camera holder but not see back and forth. This was a great filming job. Thank you. The lives are for seeing you. When there is work being done that's what should be filmed.
I love to watch videos like this it amazes me how they handle the machines like it’s nothing to it and you are doing a great job filming the video

They really did them guy’s a real good job. I thought they were also gonna do some of y’all’s property or is that coming up next. That was nice of you Gary to film this so they could see everything going on since they couldn’t be there. Gary and Mary y’all were lucky to get your property when you did or I’m sure it would be long gone by now. Especially since it already had water and a septic on it. That saves major bucks right there. Now that y’all have already cleared a lot of it it looks pretty high and dry for the most part. Plus already having that big barn and two other sheds y’all hit the jackpot.
Dude I had my certificate in heavy equipment backhoe, dozer, excavator, front end loader, drag line, finish grading, transit use, plus CDL with tanker and doubles.as soon as the state of Michigan found out about my COPD , Congestive Heart they took all my license away.
I was a 30 journeyman Tool And Die Maker and after the plant closed I went to school for heavy equipment and CDL
I have my own equipment now and only do work for family and friends.
The hardest thing to clean is the inside of the tracks and grease the fittings.
Gary, it's easy to hear the excitement you have for this type if machinery and land clearing.
Gary an Mary, change tge title of this video to "clearing raw land" or something more descriptive of this machinery and what they are doing . This video could get views for years to come with a more descriptive title that will withstand the test of time. Great video by the way.

Gary I think that it would be nice if they could clear some more trees around your property and off of the road too so you could see up and down your road to make it safer for you to see pulling out onto your road it would make it safer for you and Mary
I prefer privacy so people cant just see down my drive. You are sitting still before pulling out and it's not a busy road.

Clean machines are really cared for well, or not hardly used. Myleigh is short enough to shoot videos over her head, literally.
Not all operators are equal thats for sure, some can and will flat destroy a piece of property and, once tbe damage is done its done, it will make you sick. These guys look like they care how clean looking the leave it. I havent seen them have to backpeddle one time, no oh shit moments, CLEAN lines etc, Dusty & Tim definately know what they're doing, VERY NICELY DONE, I'd hire them without hesitation!
Machinery bus expensive so that a their bread and butter and it means port to keep them maintained to keep business going. Machines don't work no money

Maybe ask David if he could bring LIFT over to yah and grate that entire road . He just let Gary haul LIFT over to his property to do his roads with it. David let him haul with his trailer while he is gone for two weeks in Florida ......

I must have missed the explanation of where/what this property is. Is this part of the homestead property you are working on? Another entrance from a different direction, other? A little video introduction/explanation would be helpful for all of us that have missed stuff.
They are clearing the access road and entrances to the property and pads for 2 new neighbors. Gary is filming so they can see the progress on their properties.

Keep some extra gravel to feed those pits during winter so you don't get stuck on big channels I saw they spot fill. You always can use gravel for lil jobs around the property 🙃

Hi Gary, Mary and Shorty. I love to watch your videos. Stiil winter by us at the moment. Luckily where we are winter is not that bad. I have a very, very big yard as wel. We are staying on a farm working for the owner for many years now. We are really blessed working for this owners. As I said our yard is very big, somedays feels like a "homestead " 😅 We are also growing our vegetables and fruit trees. The farm mainly grow sugar cane. Man one of those crazy mulching machines would be good to have ,it just eats it all up and leaves mulch. Gary you should get you one of those sawmill gadgets to connect to your chain saw and cut you some lumber.
I am one that takes care of what I have..I have a '91 GMC Sierra that is in excellent condition inside and out..400,000 miles on it. No torn seats etc. I have a '98 Honda Civic same way..I just painted it with a roller a few months ago..looks great . I f you take care of your stuff it will last..I have a 3 year old battery operated lawn mower looks brand new. THANK YOU LORD FOR MAKING ME CARE ABOUT MY THINGS YOU GIVE ME. LOV from south alabama.

I have 97 RAV 4 for 24 yrs love it only 106K miles I walked to work a lot. Gifting to Son for daughters. I'm 83 always kept in carport, don't care to drive anymore.
Gary, is the access road town or county road and are they paying for the road to be cleared? Or is the original owner of all the properties responsible for opening the road. Ok, Mark the owner is paying for this work. It's bit confusing where everyone's property lines are. Is the road with your mailbox an access road for all the owners too use and in the future who maintains it.
I am one of the new property owners near Gary, and he is helping film this process since we are still in Arizona. I am working on a small video about this as well and am including a few pictures of the survey and some drawing that might help clear up the locations that they are working on.❤

The next load you bring in you need to put driveway cloth down, so the stone doesn’t keep sinking into the mud. That’s what we had to do where I live in New Jersey and we just keep adding stone to it, but it doesn’t sync through into the mud it stays above it.
