She looks like a knockoff combination of a Bratz and My Scene.
Also, the "mold" on her legs could actually be staining from her dark pants. I had something similar happen to several of my older Barbies with rubber legs after I accidentally got a black jacket mixed into their storage box.
When you said you couldn't get the top off, if you wanted to use it for someone else, there heads should be quite soft so it's really easy to pull off her head and retrieve the top ☺️ i know this from owning these knock off dolls in the past 😂☺️

Ya. Many factories that do clones either stole molds or they were the ones the first created them but no longer do, but they still might want to use them.

I can't believe that the fake Bratz doll has mold on her body, :O I completely agree with you Az, it's f****** disgusting, I'm glad you decided not to give the doll to your niece because you never know the lead content in them because it can be dangerous and I hated how poorly her hair was rooted, yesterday I saw a Bratz bootleg in a charity shop yesterday and she was worse than the one that you reviewed, because her hair was thinly rooted, she only had an outside weft of hair and I didn't buy her, if it was a legit Bratz doll I would have bought her but since she wasn't, I didn't buy her, I loved the review, and I'm glad I'm your subscriber, please keep up your make-up videos and Bratz reviews because you're amazing. ^_^

Omg my little sister's bootleg barbies had the exact same noodle legs (don't worry, there's no mold) and bald spots LMAO I even tried buying her bootleg barbie heels and even THEY didn't stay on omg. Don't even get me started on the cheap, poor quality clothes.....you have to take off the head to even try to put on the neck-strap(???????), though most of the time I would end up accidentally ripping it off omg. That's a dollar store doll if I ever saw one. There's another bratz fake called "Bratzte" I believe, and they actually have pegged feet. They're not great but they're def better than that *rag* lol

the shoes very much look like myscene shoes. I assume as a mix of the shoes being badly cast and the body not being barbie knockoff (instead looking like a bratz body with feet quickly sculpted on) makes them fall off.

reminds me of a $2 monster hig- i mean monster girl doll i bought and well i only got her as a starting doll when i do face repaints and re-rooting hair and well i am surprised with how well done this fake bratz clothes are compared to my monster girls cheap and ugly dress.

It is kind of a shame because her hair color and style was really nice but poorly rooted and bad quality. Her face also looked nice in my opinion , and the no make up is actually refreshing. The outfit was cute in terms of the design ( minus the belt and shoes) and to be honest had they made much more of an effort then she would have been actually decent. I liked that you tried to give her a fair chance,and this was hilarious !
I started laughing so hard when you showed her legs and said whoa. Then again when her shoes literally fell off her feet. I had dolls when I was little and I’ve never seen legs so thin before on a doll that size. The look on your face when the shoes fell off, I couldn’t help it, I laughed. That makes no sense to me.

I figured out this doll looks like it’s trying to copy spring fling jade
The outfits are very similar
I bought one from Ali Express made very badly...her face was so soft you could push it in with one finger. The body was badly made with bits of plastic roughly sticking out. The hair was rooted with cheap nylon hair with very few rooting lines on the head. Also, it had a very bad cheap plastic smell so I tossed her in the bin in case it was toxic and asked for a refund.
You are so beautiful and funny! You should repaint her face, change her hair, glue shoes on and give her a makeover. Maybe she’d have a fighting chance then :) 😂🤣
