Ive just bought one of these as i work in the uk and my current setup is 110v for my mitre saw. This means an annoying and weighty transformer. My plan is to use this for the vast majority of my work and, if it proves necesarry, ill get a Festool KS120 for the bigger finish work.
Everything ive looked at ao far is super positive on this saw, hopefully it proves to be as good as everyone seems consider it to be

Seams like a nice little saw , just Not a big Milwaukee fan and its a little pricey for a 7 1/4" saw . Nice Review , keep'em comming ..... 👍🖖

It could be priced a bit lower that’s probably the biggest draw back! Thank you

I’m a Milwaukee fanboy but like he said the weight is crazy. The locks engage very mechanically. The other benefit of the 7 1/4 slider is definitely blade price in comparison. Also the ability to share blades with your circ saw make multipacks of blades a smokin deal.

I've had this saw for a couple of years. It's not the saw I planned on buying at the time, but overall, it's been a good saw for me.
I'm a paint and drywall guy, so it's great for smaller molding replacement. Good saw for most exterior wood replacement as well.
My rails are the same way and have been since purchased. I also think the motor on mine sounds a little clunky. Yours sounded better, at least in video lol.

I got my 3-4 year ago. Out box the cuts so bad. About 1-2 degrees off every cut. I had to adjust. The longest time I wasted was sanding the left and right miter table down so they can match the center moving table. After those fixed. Still cuts good 90 and 45… wish more quality control. Adjusting to 45 was easy. But only way to adjust the miter table was painful…

I feel like mine handles 2x material pretty well. I usually run a Diablo blade.

Nice video, thank you.Question for you,is your blade center on the kerf plate? The reason I ask is mine is about a 1/4 inch left of center.Blade destroyed my first plate had to make a new one.Asked milwaukee about it and I never heard back from them.

Thank you! Mine is very close to centre, for sure not 1/4” out of centre!

I calibrated mine well enough the problem is the fence is NOT 90 degrees to the deck…really pisses me off I can’t cut any miters vertically. Other than that it’s a solid saw with great dust collection and easy to carry

i mainly use milwaukee but for 7 /4 miter saw i think dewalt miter saw is way better than milwaukee on my personal experience

Nice! I had a 12” Dewalt many years ago and it was a fantastic saw. Did not slide which was nice
