@@CultofThings They are for people who can afford them. That doesn't guarantee a family can purchase one. But by all means, they should get a mortgage they can't afford. The important thing is that they feel they should have it.
@@curiouspenguin6887 no I don’t think they should just get what they want. I was just thinking maybe large houses aren’t for two elderly people. Maybe that’s crazy though.

those that participate in such an agreement dont seem to realize that the relationship will change....the borrower is always a slave to the lender and this will always be in the minds of those on family gatherings.
