Seeing Eddie without his glasses feels like seeing Mitch without his hat from a while ago
How about a new series: "Unexpectedly Eddie " where he just goes over his own decks for like 10 minutes and talks about his wincons, strategies, and future upgrades. I love ya Mitch but I also love hearing opinions from multiple people before I build a new deck and Eddie is an un-mined gem.
Brudiclad will always be my favorite Commander. It's such a unique deck, and I feel like there is always something cool you can put into it with each set.

I was just looking through some of my old cards and I saw precursor golem, which would go crazy in this deck
@@elijahgulley9300 , hmm, I dismissed it at first, but it could work. Though the board you would create with copying spells is very fragile due to the same feature, that enables you to double your precursors
absolutely have to say, i love SO MANY of these decks and the ideas of them, definitely going to use these as templates and build off them!
For Happily Ever After, Eddie can also use sleight of mind or such on a token producer to get his red & black permanents
I've built a Brudiclad deck myself, though the main card in it is "Extravagant Replication", which creates a token copy of another nonland permanent you control at the beginning of your upkeep. This works perfectly with Brudiclad, because you can turn all of your tokens into something you don't usually make token copies of... Like Share the Spoils, or even Hive Mind for extra chaos. The total mana needed in this deck is quite high though.
The Sythis deck reminds me of my Tayam + Umori deck where I restrict myself with creature-only spells (due to Umori) and CMC 3 or less, and I happen to run quite a few hatebears that taxes noncreature spells, like Thalia Guardian of Thraben just to name one. I have yet to test it though.

Goblin Sharpshooter is my favorite finisher for a Brudiclad deck. So silly, even if you have to have one sharpshooter shoot itself, it will still make all the other's untap and you can really win the game even if you only have 7 or 8 sharpshooters
With power level I like to just keep some un-modified precons around, it’s pretty easy for most people to know what the power level is, and isn’t dependent on me explaining anything well 😋

Brudiclad went into the 98 of my Glacian//Toggo landfall, so all of the rocks can turn into myrs and vice versa. As for face-down tribal, I scrapped Kadena to build Nine-Fingers gates instead.
When it comes to lots of legends in the 99, my Anax devotion brew is now at 22 legendary creatures and 2 planeswalker commanders, with Jeska (Thrice), Joven, Alena (Trapper), and Amber (Gristle) as some of the most recent additons.
Eddie, nice variety! I have an Omnath, Locus of the Roil deck that bounces/flickers the commander to deal direct damage. Omnath, destroyer of pillow forts is janky and fun!

Cool decks! Building and tunning these decks must be a lot of fun, however, don't they get a bit repetitive to play if you always follow the same game plan and wincon? Also, any reason you do not use Zirda companion in your Esika deck?
54:15 can someone please list all the “other effects”, aka the other cards that turn lands into creatures like Sylvan Awakening? Really like this concept, Might try it.

There are quite a few cards that can make off color tokens, maybe also add them to the first deck (field of the dead -> black zombies)
I would love to see both Alec's and Eric's favorite decks as well
Love the content, but wish you had chapters in these kind of videos. I loved the last favorite deck one too, but going back to listen to specific deck commentary is a pain.
Hi, Mitch. Love the show. First time I have written a comment ever, but I just opened and played the Mishra, Eminent One pre-con and discovered that it wasn't a legal deck. There were two copies of Audacious Reshapers. I haven't seen anything about this anywhere so just wondering if anyone has had this happen to them.
Just discovered that my deck was missing a Goblin Welder. A $9 difference in value.
Oops, looked at a Upgrade deck on Goldfish and not Precon decklist so I'm missing a Blast Act, better but still. Check my girlfriends deck and her's was right so maybe a one off.
If you have Lightning Greaves or Boots in play it's quite easy to go infinite with Powerstone Shard and urza.
Eddie could also use govern the guildless to get that happy ever after win :)

I have a story telling commander food deck where I only make food with tireless tracker.
The leveler into a fractured identity, give all opponents a copy of the leveler and pass the turn 😂

Mitch - your microphones are so sensitive that when you bang the table it reverberates to the point i thought someone was slamming a door in my house... you might want to adjust your sound/microphone positions
