HOW DO YOU COMBINE TWO DISCONNECTED TABLE S TO CREATE A FINAL TABLE WITH THE COLUMNS FROM THE INDEVIDUALS TABLE IN POWER BI ❓

Instead of renaming the address columns, we can simply uncheck the prefix column name while performing merge operation

i have question here if u can see the address table is not specified what acd address is for shyni or not so if we dont have any idea like which address is belong to which name ideally we can not perform joins right?? please give solution for this scnario as well

But as of my knowledge it is senseless join, if we have to required this table simply go to excel and copy paste the both tables.

Hahaha... Yes, Kranti we can do that. But as it is a scenario based question we have to perform the same task in Power Query only. Now it is a small data set but in real project if u get a larger dataset with multiples column and on top of that if it will ask you to do some more filter after merging dataset then you can take the help of this.

But as a data analyst i really appreciate your comment.. Because as a analyst you must have that thinking capacity, how we can achieve the target. And you have shared one of them.

it is senseless as it looks easy but in an interview they want to judge ur power query skill & knowledge on joining table by putting this task & in that moment it will look scary sometimes as there is short span of time .

I wonder who asked this question, this is an utterly baseless scenario based question I wonder was actually asked in an interview.
