Is there a level in Battlegrounds where every player is so good, that it is literally rng which determines the outcome of the games?

Definitely feel this sentiment. But the game is at least partially rng at every mmr. The difference is how much a player can squeeze out of seemingly trash cards. players like beter and jeef are discovering new strats (from small early game combos, to full on builds) every week to keep them above their 12k-16k peers
