    Absolutely this is wrong judgement because for joint liability being a member of offence group is enough for getting equal punishment.sec149 of ipc .😊

    Sometimes vicarious liability may not attract if the material as such that actually distinguishes the act and the intention of the accused from the others. In this case you could have given even more details to analyse. Your observations apparently reasonable.
