The biggest tragedy is that Hisoka didn't get to see Gon like this. His reaction would have been priceless.
You just ruined my whole day lol jk😂
Priceless, perhaps. But most likely he would have been beyond disappointed. The whole point was that Gon had godlike potential, and he traded all of that potential for temporary power. Hisoka would be disappointed and pissed he "groomed" Gon at the earlier stages to get stronger, all for him to essentially throw that away. Now Hisoka will never see or fight Gon at his best.
Exactly, Hisoka is a purist. He wouldn't approve this.@@omnissiah7247
@@omnissiah7247 spoilers:
But didn't killua's sister thing restore Gon? Doesn't that mean he's back to normal?
@@grey6545 he lost his nen
I love how both Gon and Pitou don't care that they're dying, but "the hero" is selfish, and "the villain" is selfless.
Both of them are the hero in their history
I don't think pitou would consider herself a hero at all her only focus is meruem and doing what he wants.@@0cidd0
Pitou isn't human.
Worker ant throws away own life.
igualmente los humanos obreros@@gaikichipinfiri
both are selfless though, nothing Gon did was for himself, but either for protection, approval or redemption. There's always someone else he's putting ahead of himself.
11:22 The Only moment in the entire anime in which Killua's footsteps clearly made noise!
Every other moment he has silent or barely audible steps, but in this one instance, he ran as fast as he could, not caring about his technique in order to reach Gon as quickly as possible.
i think it was pitou launching herself at gon.
It’s not that Gon doesn’t think about the consequences of his actions, but that he just doesn’t care/value them over his own pressing issues. He’s not optimistically hopeful, he’s recklessly unforgiving to himself which in turn can affect others.
In shounen normally u feel hyped seeing the Mc transform
But in Gons case you feel the opposite
Togashi is an amazing writer
And I can’t wait for what’s to come for hxh
Amazing reactions btw
i was hyped, what are you talking about . I felt like " hell yeah , now beat the shit out of Pitou"
@Youalrightboi Not everybody. Gon's transformation is like a demon fox in Naruto. I was so upset, cause I thought he'll die after that or lose all his strength. And Pitou is not bad person. I wonder, it's too easy make a terrorist from people
Hyped but damn what did it cost?
@@Youalrightboiwe're talking about author's interpretation of his own work. He has worked in shonen his whole life and subverted all the tropes and expectations while having us care about Gon. His transformation came at his life to that point. It was so dire that there's a whole arc about Killua reviving Gon after this.
@@Youalrightboi "woo! go Gon, kill y@urself! Self harm, woo!" 😭😭 what kind of twisted hype is that.
This is not only my favorite episode of Hunter x Hunter, it’s one of my favorite TV episodes of all time. Gon’s rage transformation is one of the greatest moments in anime history.
I feel like this was Togashi’s answer to the standard Super Saiyan-esque power up that so many Shonen MCs get in their time of need, but completely flipped on its head. That’s what makes me feel that Gon is essentially supposed to be the true horror of Shonen protagonists: a tunnel-visioned youth whose unwavering innocence, childishness, and selective forgiveness really is just horrifying when put under the right lense.
Gon really is just a horrifying yet more understandable take on Kid Goku. God I love this series.
Nah hes just a normal mc
@@sakataks-mv1wjThat's simplifying it a lot XD
The ultimate display of anger and despair, what an episode 🔥
I love this episode. The way the story takes the usual crescendo of the heros transformation and flips it on its head. It uses this moment to tell a tragic story of revenge, obsession and its consequenses instead. The fact that all of the pieces was laid out for us during this journey makes it so rewarding to rewatch. This episode has a nasty habit of bringing me to tears though.
Yeah and during rewatches you can really see all the very subtle hints.
I see you've also watched Super Eyepatch Wolf
There's no doubt this is one of the highest moment of all HxH. PEAK FICTION
I agree and i think 135 is in the same league as this one.
@@99range92defI don't think so
131 is the peak
135 is more emotional but it doesn't reach the top of 131
@adityannair3278 It definitely does. That episode is what makes meruem one of the most loved antagonists in anime.
@@99range92defAgreed, 135 is a beautiful conclusion
@@donmike2810 i never said he is a bad antagonist
I am saying the emotions and the hype episode is 131
Hell 131 is more iconic and impactful compared to 135
Not saying it is bad
But 131 is just on its own league
Truly one of the greatest anime episodes I've ever seen.
From start to finish, Ep 131 is one that people will never forget!
I strongly believe that this is the greatest transformation in anime, partly because it’s not your usual “exciting hero power-up, watch out enemies” type deal. It’s a dark toned, semi-sad, and mature power up where there is GREAT sacrifice involved to attain it.
it's THAT episode. I still discover new things about this arc despite numerous watches.
Even when I expected it from any reactor, Lindsay's shocked pikachu face is priceless.
i could agree with you guys said except the way you were talking abt gon and killua relationship is just sad
To me, this scene isn't Gon taking advantage at all It might be controversial but I truly don't think that's is the reason Gon let Killua injure his hands
Gon sees Killua through heart-eyes lenses Killua's so cool, amazing and strong, and the fact that he's alongside him, well, it makes Gon feel very happy because he's just a simple boy compared to Killua.
So when Killua decides that Gon is worth staying alongside him, it makes him feel grateful. Because Killua doesn't have to stay by his side, he doesn't have to follow him everywhere and do everything he does for him, but he still does it
That's the reason why he thanked him out of nowhere on Greed Island, telling him how thankful he is to be here with him and to have met him
Because Killua had just sacrificed something for him, just so he could find his dad (that's what Gon thinks!! we know it's not for this reason Killua self-sacrifices).
And this is exactly what happens during the dodgeball match... Killua once again puts Gon over everything, he puts Gon over his own safety and health and over himself And Gon knows it, he notices it I don't remember who said this, but here, Killua is metaphorically offering his heart to Gon What he's doing, by sacrificing his hands and not telling Gon, is pretty much him telling him "I'm doing this for you. I'm offering myself to you. Will you accept it?" And Gon does Gon accepts Killua's self-sacrifice
It's a moment of mutual trust and acceptance, of love and connection. It's tragic, because it's rooted in pain, but here, it's a moment of deep connection and mutual trust
About that hand sacrifice thing u are wrong on that
I do agree with u that they friendship feels more real
The only difference is gon is a selfish type guy
About the hand sacrifice i think he had done it for kite
Since he felt that because of him pitou cut of his hand so
He had felt responsible for it u can even see the dialogue of the episode that
Gon says
So this is how u felt
@@adityannair3278
i am actually talking abt the dodging ball match they talked abt it in the end😅.
yet i agree about what are you saying
he felt heavily guilt thinking that he is responsible of kite dying him letting his arm being cutten like he said was him wanting to be reedemed easing a little of his GUILT
@@hellother52 yeah about that dodging match i would agree
I expected gon to act like normal typical average mc
Like don't do it
Now leave everything upto me
But him volunteering saying u must be the only one who could do it was bit interesting
And i would agree that in their friendship gon is the selfish one
Despite having a good boy look
And killua despite having a selfish look is actually a good boy
Its not that Gon didnt wanna destroy the building, he doesnt want Kite’s body to further be violated and damaged from the fight
Another thing. Back when Gon recruited Meleoron. Mel asks if Killua will accept that he’s joining. Gon says Killua doesn’t trust anyone but that if Gon insists that Killua will let it go. But in this exact moment, Killua is making a friend of Ikkalgo. Gon just wasn’t noticing the changes Killua was going through. And to be fair, Gon was never around to see most of it. In fact the only time he notices a change in Killua is after Rammot but Killua brushes it off. Killua just needed to stand up to Gon and assert himself instead of letting Gon take the lead on everything.
It's the first time in the series where Killua doesn't actually know what to do.
Throughout the show he's been always very intelligent, always emotionally mature, always had a plan of some kind, could analyse and assess the situation quickly.
And now here he is, witnessing his friend destroy himself and his enemy before him and there's nothing he can do. For the first time, Killua is just stunned.
One of the most iconic beatups in anime.
Gon got himself in a "damned if you do, damned if you don't" situation, cuz he would've died to pitou had he not used this power. Like pitou said "his body matured enough to beat me".
I have no words to add. This is a moment that truly speaks for itself.
The silence we all have experienced when we watch it for the first time tells all I want to say about it right now. Perfect 😌
It’s THE episode
19:00 it’s def reminiscent of Kite’s pose when they bring his dead body back to show Gon in ep 95. A limp & broken marionette.
Yes!
I've never noticed this even with countless rewatch but thanks to Boldcast I can add another nice shiny detail/foreshadowing to my repertoire.
If Gon didn't do what he did, Pitou would have taken him out easily right next to Kite.
Even if Killua was there, Pitou could have taken them both out. Gon needed to pop off lol
i disagree, in the lasst arc, even though Killua was capable of taking on Youpi with his speed, he was incapable of out running his old lady buttler and was still terrified of his brother@@Gfeta
@@houseofaction Killua is fast, yeah, but so what? He can’t do any damage to Youpi, and if he fights too long, he will run out of electricity. Humans are no match for the Royal Guards.
Literally waited for this episode since you guys began. Loved all of your reactions up till now! Been a hard time but here it is and lets enjoy!!
Very accurate stuff pointing out the dynamics between our favorite due being similar to those of addicts and enablers. Abuser and abused. If we are talking pop psychology here we could say Gon is an avoidant type because he grew up knowing both his parents abandoned him in some way, and Killua is a clingy type, an anxious type personality due to the neglect and abuse of his family. He feel like he needs Gon like oxygen.
I wouldn't go that far to characterize them like that, but it's a funny exercise.
Excellent reaction as usual! This was so cathartic, after months of theorizing, of anticipation, of waiting!
Killua is just a fucking tsundere and about that so called abuse
I couldn't call it as a abuse
Instead i would call it a family tradition since his family follows that
Yeah in morality wise u can say it is not normal
But his parents do love him in a twisted way
Which i like
100% agree
I really love how much you can analyse stuff.
I really like people who can see and appreciate all those details in Anime.
gon did the right thing, if he hadn't transformed neferpitou would have simply killed him and there would have been nothing he could do, besides it was all in vain, the ants and the king were never a threat to humanity, if netero had failed , humans would bomb the whole place with nuclear bombs.
The right thing to do would have been to let Knuckle use Hakoware on Pitou. But since Gon is an actual naive fool ofc he didn’t let that happen.
i disagree, had he not decided to give it all up he could have still used a condition to even the odds. the way he was he was absolutely more powerful than pitou but he could have made themselves even in overal power and because he is an enhancer and she isn't he would ultimately have an advantage
@@houseofaction I think the condition was made unconsciously, he wasn't thinking about it, he just wanted to give everything he had.
besides he didn't want to survive, his survival was thanks to killua.
26:15 is pretty crazy because I just watched "The Deer Hunter" for the 1st time last night. They way theyre talking about Killua is giving vibes of DeNiro and Walken's characters at the end
Still to this day its my favourite anime episode of all time, the culmination of the entire series leading to this point and the episode itself was a masterpiece. There's so many parralels between characters in this arc and one of my favourite is gon and meruem they basically change roles of gaining/losing humanity.
i have been waiting for this episode's reaction for a long time and its finally here
Omg i missed you two!
Am glad i finally found you in my recommendations again.
GON joined S tier Protagonist list ✅
i like how they touched on the subject of nen after deth because it was said that it can come back stronger after deth. On point.
この話には“死後強まる念”や“腕がなくても念は使える”など今まで出てきた念に関係する話が全部詰まってる。
Kurapika is like the older brother that tells his younger brother where his parents hide a loaded gun. He's the person that introduced Gon to restrictions and especially covenants for more power.
@904TallerTim
and that younger brother used the loaded gun to help against someone trying to kill him.
and then shot himself
Well to be fair Kurapika's adviced against taking this path, this cheatcode in a way. And the boys concluded the same, they're sharp. And even so they'd have learn about this Nen mechanic later in Greed Island so it's a moot point.
Gon just lost his shit, couldn't handle the dead of a comrade. Or to be more concrete, there were like three levels of wrongness in Gon's emotional processing: 1. He didn't want to accept Kite was gone. Even when the crew rescued Kite's puppet corpse and Gon witnessed the obvious. Denial, denial, denial... 2. When he was confronted by the reality he still wrongly assumed he was at fault for Kite dying. 3. He thought it was worth it to avenge Kite, even when Kite wouldn't give a damn. He thought this because deep down he wanted to do something as Gon hates to feel impotent. So this was his way of doing something instead of dealing with his grief.
He is a kid afterall so he gets a pass. Even adults would be forgiven because they encountered a mounster in the jungle and shit hit the fan.
This is EASILY the best rage/transformation scene in all of anime and i genuinly dont think anything will ever top it. The build up and execution of it was literally perfect. Killua’s scream to Gon at the end of the episode always makes me cry
Basically gon put an unintentional condition to his nen when he said "i dont care if this is the end... So ill use everything" he traded his life for the full potential of his body and self
Line about being equal to the king is a weird misstranslation btw. She said his fangs "kiba" can reach the king.
That line was used already when they were sitting with Komugi, and we get a little imagery of a tiger for Gon. That's why she said "I was right".
Big thing that I love with HxH is that characters are not an exposition mouthpiece for the autor, the stuff they say often is just wrong, but it makes sence for them to think that way. Like when Putou assumed that Gon would go to the King, which makes absolutely zero sence for him to do, but Putou obviously as a Guard thinks of Meruem first.
And she already had a disproportionate fear about Gon because of some coincidences like when he "figured out" Pouf's plan when he really just saw the king leave, or when he stopped the operation on Komugi at the perfect moment.
So no, Gon isn't really any treat to the king, but in Pitou's head he is. And that's why she's glad to be the one to take that treat on herself in the end.
Especially not after the power up that Maruem received after absorbing Pouf and Youpi.
Gon would stomp pre rose Meruem. His speed already outclasses him based on evidence.
@@disprofundis3477lol what? Which evidences? Meruems only fight was against Netero and only Neteros prays were faster then meruem. Gon speed was pretty equal to meruem at best and meruem still stronger and more durable. Gon couldn’t hurt Pitou without jajanken do you think he could easily defeat meruem with that? The moment Gon charges his attack he is defenceless and therefore dead
Exactly, I don't know why in the USA they got that misstranslation.
@@knightcommander5694 There is a difference between your argument and mine. While my comment on their speed stat is backed by solid evidence, your comparison for the strength and durability stat is just speaking from the ass. While I might agree with the durability stat considering the hard exoskeleton defense on Meruem, AG is still an enhancer. Overall there is hardly any scope for comparison here. I'll get to this later, first about the speed stat.
If you read the manga chapters better, you'll see we have a common comparator for their speed stat and that's Pitou herself. First, we know when Pitou compressed her senses to her peak, she could barely follow Netero's hand movements- movement which is confirmed to be faster than Meruem's physical speed. But when fighting AG, she is said to perform past her peak. Understandably so since AG is a far bigger threat than Netero. But what we see is AG effortlessly dodges her attack at point blank and is out of the building in no time. And Pitou who was performing past her peak had no idea where he went. First we see her instinctively turn around towards Kite's body thinking that Gon evaded the move towards the direction he was facing. Once she confirmed AG wasn't there, she looked back, saw the door open and rushed outside. This pretty much confirms that AG moves way faster than her senses could comprehend, senses working past her peak. This proves AG's physical speed is faster than Netero's hand movements, and in turn faster than Meruem's physical speed.
Next we move to the strength stat. We already saw what AG's ko/gyo kick did to Pitou. It drew blood probably making a mush of her internal organs looking at the injury on her abdomen and made her completely lose her senses. And jajanken was enough to finish her. She should be dead after the second. Beyond that, Gon was just taking out his rage and destroying the skull to pieces. Gon's strength is formidable and his Jajanken easily tops Meruem's strength who doesn't have any special move. Anyway there is no real comparator here.
Next we come to his durability. While Meruem has exceptional natural durability, AG is a natural enhancer. The only point that seems to go against AG is how his hands got chopped off by Pitou. But people completely ignore the context here, the emotional AG wasn't looking or sensing her and here Pitou is exponentially more powerful than she was alive due to nen after death. Place Meruem in the same position and I bet his arms would be gone too. Why? Let's roll back to the scene where he ripped his own arm off, it hardly took him any effort. So it's an iffy position between Meruem vs nen after death enhanced Pitou. Still, Meruem has another huge feat- surviving an f-ing nuclear bomb. So even though there is no comparator here unlike the speed stat, I might give durability to Meruem. But strength, Ag should win with Jajanken and his Gyo/Ko are already far stronger than Netero's hands and therefore would damage Mereum significantly.
Now about the charging time. AG is no idiot, he knows his game. If he transforms into AG with the sole purpose of killing Meruem, he is doing it no matter what. Togashi was making a statement here about Gon's potential. Even the OP is wrong here, the coincidence of Gon figuring out Pouf's plan while did make Pitou believe Gon was an even bigger threat than she thought of. Yet, when Gon turned into AG, those assumptions reached fruition. It wasn't a disproportionate analysis, Gon exhibited aura that would be enough to kill the king. "His fangs might sink in the king." The meaning is pretty clear here especially with the symbolism of the tiger, it's of a predator. And when a predator sinks his fangs in the prey, it is to suffocate and kill them. Pitou is afraid AG can kill the king, because he truly can if he wanted. Ofc it won't be a stomp as I previously stated, rather an even fight. But I doubt Meruem's superior intelligence would come handy here, AG is a brute who is faster and would injure him significantly unlike Netero. It will be a battle of attrition with both of them eventually dying as the most probable scenario.
Wow Killua made a noise, i did not notice that before because of the thrill lol. Very good catch Lindsay
love you guys' analysis parts
been subscribed since the Kaguya reactions. Not exaggerating when I say i’ve been waiting for this the whole time.
Finally, the legendary episode!
omg the moment has come!
WOO BABY THAT'S THE MOMENT WE'VE BEEN WAITING FOR
i was waiting for her to say something bout his hair xD it's the most interesting part of his transformation for me
this is still the best rage scene i've ever seen. one of the best episode ever.
I noticed this now but adult gon's rock paper scissors aura shines a literal light just like netero's. Maybe the pinnacle of aura manipulation turns aura into a literal lightbulb?
I always find it hilarious how we just saw something so traumatic and then the outro music hits🤣🤣
yeah i just laugh for no reason but my first reaction i wasn't
Started off as a super happy and lovely anime with a kid looking to find his dad and become a hunter, such a wonderful lovely anime with so many sweet scenes of a super loveable main character. Then 131 happens. 131 is tooooouuuugghhhh to watch.
If Gon is against a Villain
The. Villain is great..
And Gon is a monster for defeating or even fight against them
Typical Toxic Gon haters in the Comment 😂😂
It is a west thing man people doesn't like mc who kills proper
Example is gon, eren, light yagami, lelouch,
They are one of the top 5 best written anime mc of all time but they have some hate fans in west
In Japan though
They are the most iconic popular character that doesn't have negative fanbase
The fact he pointed out that Kite taught Gon to destroy the head and she noticed Killua made a noise makes them top tier reactors
Damn never noticed the Killua footstep things
IVE BEEN WAITING SO LLONG FOR THISSSS
Lindsay's disturbed face lol
One of the greatest episodes in any anime. Nuff Said.
The animation was so good that in one scene you could even see Gon transforming in Pitou's eye if you look closely right before they say his power is equal to the Kings.
FINALLY THE EPISODE I’VE BEEN WAITING FOR😭😭🥲
Waiting for this since episode 1
Been waiting for this one.
About the footsteps thing, I might be wrong, but I think early on in the series Killua's footsteps can be heard. Try and rewatch the episode wherein they played with Netero when Kil hurt his foot. Again I might be wrong, don't get mad at me if I am 😂
The symbolism of Dark black aura of "despair", candles blowing off "prematurely" to Gon saying it doesn't matter if this is the "END" Then look at the aura of GON its burning his life like a candle again 😮
The scene before way back in episode 85 before showing Kite severed head Killua thought "Gon You are light, you shine so brightly" considers him a PILLAR yet even Gon lost his composure.
Fearing Gon would be completely broken, Killua quarreled with Gon about basically calling him insensitive then went sobbing to Palm.
Both Netero & Gon knew the cost needed to do the job, both fights ended in explosions 😁
Pitou programing the NEN ability is actually scary, coming from a newborn only few months old !!!!!! the threat of Chimera Ants is estimated way lower in my opinion. (Only B) maybe cause the association didn't fight with all members just sending Netero etc~
Oh my god.. Look at the boy's face 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
i ve been waiting for this since you started watching
I know there is more story after this moment with both the anime and manga but this feels like the end of Gon and Killua's story. The height of everything. Its not actually the end but it just feels like this is the moment it all crashes together and concludes
The theme of the song used when he transformed is called "Hunters Are Evil". When you really think about it, most of the hunters seen in the show are psychopaths or deeply flawed. The only one I can think of that is as close to good as you can come is Wing, their first nen teacher. The rest is all nutjobs or straight evil.
I like how there's the innocent gon before his world views gets shattered on the shirt next to the screen 😂
It's funny.. most people would never guess this transformation / scene would go down but it's actually so on brand for Gon.
The dude is easily the smartest HxH reactors I've seen since I started watching HxH reactions in 2017.
one of my top 3 anime episodes easily
Best episode I’ve ever watched
Great reaction, you're valorizing more the script than the fight which in many cases ruined much anime.
Today people think that a good anime is when you're hyped about the moment when the protagonist fights or something like that and don't understand that beautiful work is the ability of the author to share those intense emotions and give them life with unmatched sensations and feelings beyond any Extravagance.
Also, the interpretation of the relationship between Killua and Gon is absolutely terrific and complicated, like the speech between Mereum and Neterou, and even after watching much anime I always remember this scene, I'm amazed by Togashi's talent he created a masterpiece.
This episode alone makes me believe that in the world of hunter x hunter, the greatest talent a nen user can have is not a large amount of aura or insane combat ability, but instead will power. Both gon and pitou show that the most deadly forms of nen are only capable through sheer devotion and determination.
killua is so magnificent that when Pitou attacks Gon, he makes noises on his feet to try to warn him of the danger.
This show is the greatest thing a human ever made
this ep always give me goosebumps and makes me so sad
I just realised that its Pitou who say Its time for you to sleep to
i'm a Netero simp and what i can say about the difference beetween him and gon's strenght is, they are both enhancers and netero's budha is made of two kinds of power he only has 60% control off (i think its conjuration and manipulation?) so if he is at half his prime strength, and using a full 100% enhanced atack, i think he could also hurt pitou like gon did (trying not to spoil manga power levels and other things)
if prime netero did a 100% enhanced move like gon did*
I think it’s sort of half-agreed that the OHTGB is emission and manipulation, but even then it’s an 80% and 60% ability, then boosted with the ridiculous restrictions Netero has, but I’ve no doubt using a purely enhancer-type ko from Netero would deal lethal damage to Pitou
Finally! Gon san is appeared!!!😂
She didnt dance to the outro this time 😂 left her traumatized haha
If you remember gon's first conversation with meleoron, he says, "it's easier if you are lying, because then I wouldn't have to show any mercy." And here, when he resolves to fight, the first thing he says is "liar"
I was just like you Lindsay i was like wtf is going on, what will happen to gon and will there be dire consequences of his actions. It had me so anxious watching it, i gotta say tho it made me really sad for gon and killua.
Patiently waiting for 135
I love how this show never frogets gon is 12 he is stupid naive and many other classic shoenen protage tropes but they make sense because he is 12 being also 12 he doesn't understand what death and tragedy is sure its cerounded him his hole journey but they were people he didnt know he brushed it off like all this is just a game but faced with the reality of the death of someone he knows but also his father knows and is in denial for so long he exploids in childish anger and ruins his life gon 12 and has to go through all this just to try and find his father who left him when we was young and being a hunter what was so good that it caused you to leave your kid ruined his life
He isn't that much of a stupid ok if u think about it
How he manipulated pitou
It just he never tries it
also to think that gon would be died if he didn't transform in those sec killua wouldn't reach on time anyway
both might die
To be fair Pitou didnt say that he is as strong as the king, she said specifically "his fangs have reached the king throat" roughly speaking i think she meant to say "he has become a threat to the king" so like he is potentially able to kill the king. I think the distinction I would make is , equal power vs power that rivals but not the same as.
Keep in mind Pitou has no idea what has happened to the King at this point, so she’s referring to Meruem before the Rose bomb.
I like you realize how strong Gon is it. His kicking power is different from that of Netero nen. Netero nen just make Pitou flying away and Gon's kick not only makes pitou flying away, it even makes pitou unable to breathe or move (stun).
I think the more crazy part is that this isn't even Gon's peak power if he was to continue growing. In the manga, it's specifically mentioned that this is only a point at which gon is able to comfortably beat pitou, if he were to have actually grown up properly with nen, he would had eventually reached this point and then even surpassed it.
Too much hype up for gon. He can never beat pitou let alone king with normal development. After what? 10-20 more years of power but with pitou at this right moment. If gon has 20 more years to get stronger, so does pitou. And king? Lol, he can eat faster than gon training. And gon special move is too slow for king, even if it somehow miracle land on king, he probably not get hurt like pitou. In another way, one blow, just one blow, gon is gone.
@@Trabsolgive us proof. It was never specified that Gon could surpass this form naturally
@@TrabsolI dont think so. Also eventually Gon would grow old and weaken, so this adult form must be around his peak. So yeah maybe he could become a little stronger than this, but I doubt it’d be a big difference
@@henazz2561 Bro the creator stated this would not be his max specifically. Stop trying to make stuff up
What an episode ❤🎉
When kite fall in the floor , the hope of gon fall too

Gon had to finish Pitou off the way he did because as the narrator said, Pitou's *body nen was then much stronger and would not stop attacking him even without a head.
Here we are
nen after death its very important for the rest of the story!
Have they reacted to Yu Yu Hakusho?
I loved your reaction, I agreed to everything you guys discussed🙌
I know a lot of people think it’s wrong for Gon to give up his life/potential in exchange for power but wasn’t he going to get killed if he didn’t do it? There is no way he could’ve defeated Pitou without that power-up right? Love to hear people’s thoughts on this
I mean, he choose to go in the mission in the first place, what was the plan then? If it wasn't for Komugi they be dead.
To think one day Gon would have had the body of Razor and the power level of the King one day. 😢
