Indians who are watching this video, i like to share you one thing. In India there the salary is not good as a fresher. So along with PLC programming or Automation Engineer be ready to thorough with Control system paper also improve Manager or Administrative skills by knowing more about Industrial oriented training will help you to improve your salary package in upcoming years. Otherwise after gaining experience go some of the countries, he mentioned above for better job opportunities.
As a fresher in the Industrial Automation Engineering sector in India with 9 months experience in PLC/HMI/SCADA programming with multiple brands like Siemens, Allen Bradley, omron, delta, Schneider, pro-face, LabVIEW, citect etc...the salary is actually not that great here...
On average, freshers only make around ₹144,000 ($1,780) to ₹216,000 ($2,660) annually... which is very bad even by Indian standards.
In India, most automation companies offer higher salary to people who has more years of experience (6-8 years) and not based on there actual skills....So the sad truth about the Industrial Automation Engineering field here in India is that, even if you are very skilled in your work, it doesn't reflect on your salary, which ultimately discourages most freshers to continue in this field, and they often switch to some IT industry which offers higher salaries.
So here in India the Industrial Automation Engineering field is actually not that lucrative. 😅
Thanks for information

Right
Thanks for the video !
You should take a look at Australia and New Zealand. Salaries are high.
Also, pay attention that "Automation Engineer" might not mean "PLC / SCADA programmer". Most often it refers to the IT kind of automation.
Would you or someone reading this comment be aware of companies recruiting PLC / SCADA programmers to work remotely ? Or contractors who are able to get this kind of job remotely ?
Hi, thank you for your comment.
We will go to New Zealand in the next videos
I only get paid $4k/year including plc programming, hmi design and electrical design 😭, hopefully someday I will become an expert and get paid a lot
Keep it up and make sure your good days will come...

Where do you live?
Well i worked in Poland as mechatronics fitter in medium size companny and i asked PLC programmers about their's monthly salary they earn only 1480USD so i'm sure that i will learn Germany and move from my country for better money.
in my country BD, salary is nearly 500$ (for experienced one), pretty bad situation
Hi sir. I just kicked off my career in Industrial Automation, I want to do masters pls suggest which cou try I shd go for .

Hi, you should check indeed.com, and ask local people in your area to help you in finding those guys working on automation
Hi ! I had a general question. So I have completed my Bachelor's in Mechatronics Engineering, Do I have to get a masters degree? to get a high paying job in the industrial automation field?
Hi, It's depend on where do you live
The salary in Venezuela is 300$ per month the worst case, the best case is 800$ per month (it's my case because I have my own company and I have 3 contracts with my clients).
Thanks Gianni for the information, hope see 5K/m 💪
Can web developer make 100k in canada if he is a senior i know company pay more than 200k ? Please can you replay❤❤❤
Hi, Yes why NOT🙏
I'm in the suburbs of Chicago and I can't hire Controls Engineers for less than $90k per year. If they make less than $100k per year they only stay with my company for a year or two.
Yeah, the situation is very difficult, I hope someone sees your message and can contact you for the job 🙏
Can i have your email address ?
Im ready to the respective job
What are your needs ?

In India plc programmer get only 150$ per month as a fresher or like core branch Job get 150$ per month as a fresher in India supply of core branch Engineer and job are very less that's why core branch Engineer get very poor salary 😀😀😀😀😀😀
India is one of the countries that will need industrial automation more than ever to compete with China. Although you say this number is low now, but the situation will definitely change in the future. 🙌
@SAMEER KHAN Sincerely, but I disagree with you.
If you focus on the two factors of skill and personal growth, you will definitely find a suitable job position
Hello Sir.
I'm Indian and I'm very curious and interested to the base of electrical automaton job in forn country so sir how can you suggest me to do job abroad on this Basis
Hello,
In the last video, I explained the learning process and steps.
But the issue of immigration is completely different and we will have a video about it in the future.
@@autoplc thanks for reply Sir
And keep make the knowledgelbe video of automation trainings
I'm also watch of your channel videos..
❤👍
But these numbers are less here in India. Even though we have hands on experience with multiple plc and dcs. Experience on different process like pharma, oil and gas etc
Yes that's right. Sometimes other factors such as work environment, elimination of benefits, non-compliance with the rights of engineers, etc. are effective.
But in India, it's really the worst condition to be a PLC Programmer. You won't even get a good salary as very less options to change the new company.
Hi, thank you for your comment
Can you tell us approximately how much you can earn per year?

Sir I have persuing diploma in INDIA 🇮🇳 WHERE I CAN GET JOB
Hi, I personally do not know of any specific place in India but I am sure there are websites like indeed.com or even in Hindi where you can apply.
Of course, entering the automation job market is not like other jobs, about which I will record a video soon.
I've been programming for 15 years, I know the main programming languages. I've worked on projects that integrate database, IIOT, supervisory system and Motion Controll. I have experience with Schneider, Siemens, Rockwell, Omron and etc.
Hi, do you have any projects that you would recommend in order to improve myself efficiently? I am an electrical electronics engineer. Unfortunately, the company i work for is not an automation company. Under these conditions, i try to improve myself in my spare time. May i have your recommendation? Thanks in advance
Why did you write such comment? What was your purpose?
Hello my name is Dave I work as a technical recruiter for Flextronics.
We have job Vacancies for Automation technicians at Flextronics, Austin TEXAS.
send a dm if you have 4years+ experience in the field.
Military personnel with PLC technical training are encouraged to apply. Associate Degree in related field is a plus.
1,180k USD in india as a fresher.
I m plc programmer can I get jobs in canada
Yeah, why not
70k a year in Canada isn't as good as it sounds, I suggest you look into Canada taxation system before hand. In Canada the demand is on the trades so even if you are a PLC programmer I would suggest you look at becoming a Journeyman electrician whom also programs PLC, it will open up a lot more doors for you in Canada.
In china, I hate this job because low paying with long work hours
Is it going better now?
@@earlysda hey It won't get better atleast in case of working hours u HV to work extra to meet clients requirements
It is worth mentioning that engineers in both Germany, Great Britain and Canada have a more extensive welfare-system, than the americans. With other words, americans do have more expenses to pay, therefore they get higher salaries.
Yeah, It's a fact!
Well... you pay more taxes in germany, more for electricity, more for fuel, more for food etc etc. The welfare system is only benefitting people who dont work. As a plc programmer living in switzerland I am officially qualified to complain about germany.
@@csongor48 But have you ever breaked a leg? Or born a baby? Or payed you children’s schoolbill? Your are ofc qualified to complain, but as a nordic citizen, I would rather pay more to taxes, fees, energy and food, than pay some greedy capitalists that make profit of my basic needs. Yeah, in the US you have insurance payed by your work, but that’s just another form of capitalism in an other system.
@@csongor48
I disagree. As a US citizen my company is paying nearly $700 a month in health insurance that they would not be covering otherwise. My yearly deductible is $7000.
As a percentage of our salary health insurance is an absurd tax, Canadians who live a short distance away are paying 6000 per capita while we’re paying 13,000, while costs are similar.
Because I work for a small company my retirement plan has many more fees that would not be tolerated in an equivalent industrialized country.
My ability to save money in a tax advantaged account is tied to whether my company offers it or not. Which is silly.
I would much rather a large entity such as a government doing the negotiating for healthcare so they can get a significantly better deal as is done in the US for Medicare. There should be a cap on the price of these services relative to Medicare or even other industrialized countries.
When it’s all added up, some of us have a large salary that is distributed to those things other countries take for granted.
@@csongor48brother! I am student in India, I want to become as plc programmer in Switzerland. Can you please help me ? I would like to know what are the skills required , what degree we must pursue, any other additional skills, programming skills (if any) kindly mention name of programming or design software
