I have just completed my btech in EEE. I am from Kashmir (INDIA) and i want to apply for University of Iceland. Do i need to ist clear ielts or toefl exam. As my full time degree have been completed in English medium....

It depends on the department but if you have previously studied via English medium you're eligible for English Waiver. Read your department requirements and reach out to the Counselors for assistance.
