My first week of recovery, even if I was on painkillers , it has been very painful. The gas pain its absolutely unbearable. At least for me , this was my experience.

Thanks Temenuga for this and mentioning Hiatal Hernias, which I now have so nice to get reassurance that this should be avoided now, I take codeine now is this ok with HH ?
