Wow, this wedding seems like super intricate and over to top (not saying it in a negative way). I wonder if most amari weddings are like this because they are on the high end of the videography/photography spectrum in terms of both quality and cost... It would make sense that they would shoot weddings that cost more/are bigger than average.
We see a pretty wide range! But you are right that the general size and intricacy of weddings scale up as your experience & pricing goes up. But I love where we're at with our packages, because we get backyard elopements all the way up to Tuscan destination weddings.
Such a cool video! Definitely interested in hearing how you film a in a church. My fiancé and I are having a church wedding in May and we just signed our contract with you guys yesterday!

Amari Productions Iâve watched the Safiya and Tyler one (love her channel) like 10 times because they basically had my dream wedding. I also love the Indian wedding and the destination wedding in the huge cathedral and silver mine (I forget their names while writing this sorry). Iâve really loved watching these huge luxury weddings you film as someone who has very little income to spend on a lavish wedding. Though mine will be nice too, I think, even if itâs cheaper than usual. :)

What were the lights for the reception. They looked amazing.
They had a professional lighting company, which is not SUPER common but at larger weddings like this are pretty frequent! And then we had our own smaller mobile lights to help accent where needed!

Wow! This got cut for time, but I talked about how one of our first ever weddings was at that church, way back in July of 2011!
Actually, I was also back there in 2016 for another wedding!

Love! Is this the only edit you do for the couple or is there a second edit done that includes things like audio from ceromony or speeches, etc.?
They do both but it depends on what package the couple chose or added on to the package. For just same day edits, it's just 1 video but you get all raw footage of the day. You can choose to add more edits/video to the package or you can choose the full package and get everything. It will cost more tho. I know a bit about it because I booked Amari Productions for my 2022 wedding and we chose to do the full package so we can get a 4-6 minute highlight and a 20-30 minute feature film. No extra edits on the speeches or ceremony. It will cost more to edit those.

@@kaleigh4081 Yes. Well, actually our orginal wedding date was June 5th, 2021. But we had to postpone our wedding to June 5th, 2022 since I got permanently laid off and we were worried about our guest traveling if there isn't a vaccine and what not. Thank you very much btw.
you guys are amazing! really love your vlogs and photography, one tiny thing that bothered me while watching- the contrast in volume between the instrumental music parts and the talking in the vlog are too drastic so i have to go up and down on the volume to watch in one comfortable volume. other than that awesome work!

What laptop and specs are you using?
Our teams comps range, from the oldest 15" MBP Retinas (mid 2012, I believe) to the newer 16" model. With FCPX and 1080p footage, they can all run great!

@@cfwproductions I always max out my ram since itâs soldered on, but I think most of our editors run the standard 8gb or whatever itâs been in years past. And I really donât see a difference. So, probably not worth upgrading if youâre trying to stick to a budget. For storage we generally save on internal storage, like 512gb, because we keep all footage and project files on external drives. Used to use 7200rpm portable drives, now we use SSDâs for editing and bare desktop drives with a dock for archives
@@davemcqueen572 My surface pro 4 had 4gbs of RAM, could not edit without lag. Now, today, I got a laptop with 32gb of Ram. I got 32 since my friend has a 4k camera.
