Talking to those English speakers as their first language is the best way - I learned that in North America - you just realized you speak like them - still the accent is there - but getting less - good luck -

Yes, I think a good idea to learn a little bit more English so it easy for you anyway because as I know Philippines official language is English.
But you have to learn Tagalog too 😅 much easier for you to meet Girls 😀.
