Halloween Surprise at the Pavilion Theatre, Glasgow.

We got together with our young performers from the McKechnie School of Dance to create a new Halloween video. These dedicated young people are the future of theatres across the country and have had a hard time through lockdown, not only the schools being closed but also their dance schools and all of the competitions that they work hard to compete in year after year being cancelled or done online, which is never the same.
This was an exciting thing to do, getting rehearsed to do a performance from start to finish and with a purpose. As always, they done a great job and we are sure you will all love the video.
Also, in doing this video gave Scott and the technical team a chance to use our new Panto set which includes a full stage of video screens and probably a first to be used in a panto production. This will allow us to do a complete scene change and magical effects in front of the audience at the push of a button or a wave of the Fairy’s Magic Wand. In our opinion, this will be the future, Panto in HD quality and where we will stick to the traditional Pavilion Family Panto values that have been built up over the years, this technology is the way forward and will bring excitement, colour and magic to our pantomime, which will be hard for others to follow.
