To swap faces, today I will use the Roop Unleashed DeepFake tool. It’s an Open source Python Project. You can install it on your device. Just download the Code as a Zip file from GitHub. After that, install it with Visual Studio. It required a highly configured PC with a strong Graphics process unit. But if you don’t have a highly configured PC, You can use the deepfake roop google Collab Notebook. We will host the notebook on another platform Called Kaggle Collab. I have put the deepfake roop unleashed Kaggle Collab notebook link above. Create an account with your Google account. After that, you have to enter a username. After entering the user name, click on Agree with Kaggle terms and conditions. And this is my account dashboard. After coming to the dashboard, click on Create from here and select New Notebook. A new notebook will be created. We have to upload the Roop Unleashed file on this notebook. To do this, click on the file from here and then select “Import Notebook.” Now we have to just upload or drag and drop the Roop unleashed IPYNB file here. After uploading the file, click on the Import button from here.

If you have a i7 3Ghz and Nvidia RTX and 32 GB Ram you don't get any issues as using Cuda converts a 1 hour video at 35fps in about 15 mins but if you have a low spec pc with just using CPU to convert then a one hour video will take about 12 hours at 25 fps
and to say you don't get any glitching on the faces like shown here

It got updated to Version 3.6.0 ... Now The problem is for any image or video that I upload and add via their respective boxes, the face images in the "Input faces" and "Target faces" boxes do not appear, only a broken image icon... Can you update it to latest version and then paste a link or file for that...

Works, but Kaggle only utilizes one of the two T4 GPUs as well as only half of its available VRAM so the generation is quite slow. Took about 21 mins for a 1 min face swap. Is this expected or is there some way to utilize both T4 GPUs and their full potential?
