I'm Canadian and this ad was in my recommendation 🤔, well BTW why can't Indians speak Hindi it's their own native language , English is different countries native language. They should be proud for speaking Hindi isn't it? Speaking in English doesn't make them foreigners..
That boss was surely indian but not a native hindi speaker.. Means he was from other region of india where hindi is not their first lang. So he only had english lang to communicate

Frankly speaking bcoz not everyone in India speaks hindi so , english is used to break the communication barriers between people that's it(this is just 1 reason)
Ps: we are obviously proud of our languages not only hindi but our mother tongue also and our officail languages also and yes also proud of having more then 5000 differnt mother tongues in country .
