I was a little annoyed with the commentator because it wasn’t just the Germany takeover that gave India the second spot- after being behind in the first leg, the second girl for India really brought them back for contention. The third girl expanded the lead with the changeover, and the fourth girl held on and even closed the gap with Jamaica at the end. So much heart and effort from these ladies, they deserve props for their run, not just props for taking advantage of Germany’s mistake

Hima Das made a horrible decision changing her event to 100 and 200m. Now she does not even win in the National championship. If I'm not mistaken, she is the national record holder in women's 400m. She can still be a part of the team
The commentator is so biased… when the final baton exchange happened and India were comfortably ahead of the 3rd and 4th place teams he says the battle is for the 2nd position… Shows his mentality, he thought India didn’t have it with them to finish 2nd or even 1st…

This should be practiced well if you are lossing 2 seconds means minimum 10 meters difference will come that means total 8 seconds you can take the lead of 40+ meters Good Luck❤❤ Plus improve your Laps distance see how Jamaicans running
India's first leg need to improve. There are so many girls in India who can clock 400m with 52 sec then why this girl with 54 sec in team. Who is making such partial team. Why relay team always comprises of south indian people while we have fast athletes from north and eastern states also. Something is fishy. It doesn't looks like indian relay team for Paris Olympics rather south indian team for state championship 😅😅
