It was in season 1 of KUWTK Khloe said when she was 9 years old, she overheard Kris telling a friend of hers that “Khloe needed a nose job”. Kris apologised about it, in the episode.
Kris is the reason they are all so vain and obsessed with aesthetics. She started taking them for bikini waxes when they turned 13 like WAT

Kim is still a human being.- I would guess most parents would want to spend all the time they can with their kids.
Like you said, they have chefs, nannies, assistants- they don't have to worry about any tasks that take time away from spending it w their children.

That is true, she has help, but she still WANTS to be a parent. She doesnt want other people raising them. They are an inmense help that other people domt have, and that IS a diffrence. But she still wants to take care of her kids. If she never saw them people would be mad about it too. She can never win.
they’d rather tell us things rather than showing us a insight into their personal lives. this show just feels like a big advertisement for all of their various “business” ventures.

Kourtney's growing on me too tbh, her bringing notes to her talk with Kim was super relatable especially when it comes to communicating with people with strong personalities (dare I say narcissistic) who tend to bulldoze the conversation, deflect responsiblity, shift blame, twist words, and attack. Kim seems like the type who listens to respond rather than listens to learn about Kourtney's perspective. Is Kourtney in the right all the time? No, but she's shown herself to be pretty self-reflective, you can tell she's been doing a lot of therapy to unpack the family dynamics she grew up in. She just wants the relationship with her family to grow and evolve into something healthier and I can admire that.
Edit: I disagree with a little bit of what you're saying about the conversation Kim and Kourtney had. Kourtney has been pressured and shamed by Kim for years now because she wasn't career driven enough, she wasn't "hard-working" when it was because Kourtney valued family more. Kourtney is asking Kim to question why her work ethic is so important to her, and all of a sudden Kim is like "we're just different people" when that is what Kourtney was trying to get Kim to understand the entire time. Getting Kim to reflect on that and understand why Kourtney's "lack of work ethic" triggers Kim so much because clearly her workaholicism is caused by something, her greed is caused by something, her consistently placing work, money, and fame over the people she loves is caused by something that Kim isn't addressing. I don't think Kourtney was trying to solve anything in the conversation, she just wanted to be heard, and to drop some seeds and have Kim reflect on something she otherwise wouldn't have.

They acted that way because Kim & Khole were sick of having to work harder to take up her slack or show more of their lives because she didn’t wanna work. Then she said she didn’t wanna be a celebrity anymore & was suppose to leave the show & they supported that but she didn’t. Kim was rightfully frustrated that her lack of work ethic put more stress on her & Khole & that wasn’t fair. Especially when she would always use being mom as an excuse until her sisters started having kids & kept their work ethic. Everyone knows Kim is the fame & money monster & it will be never enough for her. Kourtney is annoying because she 💩s on the celebrity life while also not really wanting to give it up or staying out the spotlight.

I once had a great friend in high school who was always shy but so sweet, then he had late onset of schizophrenia and I’ve never seen such a different human but how can you not love them even after that no matter they are going through. It’s tough out here in the real world.

Kourtney is trying to understand Kim and her process but since Kim isn't dealing with her shit aka not wanting to deal with what really motivates her and over working herself ...are signs of her denial. So Kourtney, who is either healed or trying to heal, will never understand Kim until Kim understands and heals herself.
I didn't see it as Kourt trying to make Kim not be motivated ...I saw it more as trying to help her question why she really does things ans realize those aren't healthy reasons...but if they were they she would understand her more. But it looks like Kim just blames the public for everything. Aka fame. Idk my perspective.

I watch the video of a plastic surgeon talking about knloe, and he said by looking at her face throughout the years that it seems like she had a jaw deformation that affected her whole face, and because her jaw issue was never fixed. It caused disfigurement, and that he understands why she got plastic surgery to correct that.

I'm bipolar and think that may be remembering the feeling of lack of self-control and how awful it is. After every manic episode, I would go on a downward spiral bc I hated not having self-control. That is why I use medication, to be able to be in control of my brain.

I love seeing more of the family ties. Yes it can be repetitive but I’m not sure about you all but I’ve noticed with my family (and friends’ family) that there are repetitive conversations that are not resolved quickly. It takes years for things to family members it understand each other. However, with every talk maybe it helps them. Whether we (as viewers) think it is redundant or has zero importance, maybe for them it helps to come to a closer understanding of one another. I could be thinking silly bc of the heatwave but it sounds right to me LOL!
I just wish they’d stop lying about their cosmetic enhancements/plastic surgery. I see so many people defending them to the depths of hell when it comes to this topic bc those people truly believe they can look like them one day. And not just defending them but doing all the disordered and harmful shit they promote too, like flat tummy tea, random supplements & vitamins, and corsets. Also the amount of people I see in the gym doing such dangerous “workouts” that people say give you a natural bbl or Kim k butt is wild and needs to stop immediately. I’ve seen way to many people get hurt or almost get hurt trying to do them.

Your point with straight people romanticizing same sex relationships as easier is valid, but to give my two cents I think sometimes, and mainly the ways I’ve heard people say it, it comes from someone saying they wish they were in love with/attracted to their friend because they have such a good relationship or that they’re such a good/fun person, that it would be an amazing romantic relationship as well and maybe “easier” because they have good communication, no judgement, compassion and they don’t ever argue or whatever. Kylie said she only got fillers, that doesnt mean just the lips. I think the reason “her whole face changed” is different kinds of cheek filler maybe some in the jaw, and possibly a bit of botox on the forehead idk. I don’t think its as drastic as everyone says. Hair, makeup and the way u carey yourswlf can change a persons looks so much. Khloe on the other hand has a few botched jobs and she looks so different than she used to.. People also forget Kylie was a literal child, and ofc her looks today is not just because of puberty, but I think personally that it played a role
I would love to agree but her body says otherwise. Yes, puberty can change your face HOWEVER they literally have unrealistic bodies. It is anatomically impossible to be born looking the way they do, with tiny frames & 25 inch waists but a big butt without big thighs. That’s more so the beauty standard that’s harmful, not the fillers. There are children begging their parents for BBLs and people getting BBLs the second they turn 18 bc they see the perfect Kylie body and want that. Ofc it’s not intentionally their fault, but if the truly weren’t as insecure as they say they wouldn’t have gotten plastic surgery or fillers in the first place. I’ve been extremely insecure my entire life and hated how I looked, and once I became confident and happy I loved how I look, even without changing anything. This is how it goes for normal people that cannot afford to change what they don’t like, and it’s just daft to say they aren’t insecure and haven’t had surgery.

If someone is saying it about their own circumstances to make themselves feel better, as long as they're not deflecting accountability, then it's fine. If someone is saying it about someone else's circumstances it can read as dismissive.
