    Materials:
    500 g capia pepper
    500 g tomatoes
    4 green peppers
    500 g onion
    boiled chickpeas
    1 tea glass of water
    2 heads of garlic
    half bunch of parsley
    half bunch of mint
    1 kg yoghurt (homemade yoghurt)
    4 kg flour
    half a tea glass of rock salt
    Note: Keep the water of the cooked vegetables aside. You can use it in soups later. If it is watery, you will have to add a lot of flour.
