If the rifle was preplanted, it wasn't discovered during any searches. If the rifle was carried in, it wasn't seen or stopped. No one was ON the roof to positively deny access. Too short agents unable to pick up and move the protectee. What good were any assets doing inside of the buildings? No drone video coverage?
