- Gringos React to the Riviera Nayarit! Welcome to San Pancho, Nayarit also known more formally as San Fransciso, Nayarit. San Pancho is a quite little beach town about an hour north of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. If you are looking to get away from the crowds, do a little surfing, or just see something off the beaten path, San Pancho is the place to go!
How to get there:
You can take an Uber, cab, or bus to San Pancho. If you take Uber or cab just know that neither are very available in the town of San Pancho to get back to Puerto Vallarta. Your best option is to take the Pacifico Bus line from the Puerto Vallarta bus terminal to San Pancho. Each one-way ticket costs 50 pesos. For your return trip back to Puerto Vallarta you just need to stand out by the highway next to a large fruit and smoothie stand/restaurant. Busses come by every 10-20 minutes.
Where did we eat?
Hotel Cielo Rojo. I believe the official name of the restaurant is Bistro Organico- but if you just find the Hotel the restaurant is in the back. It's delicious!

Beautiful layback beach town Kennons 🏝. Thanks guys for exploring and showing beautiful places like this throughout Mexico.
The riviera Nayarit has some really cool beaches and towns. I suggest you do a week or 2 just moving north from one town to the next.
Viva todo México lindo y querido 😊
Hola! Welcome to San Pancho. We are glad you guys liked our town. Thanks for the video.
You have a beautiful name 😍
San Pancho has become a go to for Souther Californians ,bored with Cabo commercialism. Also being open ocean ,as opposed to protected bay,it is attractive to surfers.
I love it when someone else gets it... San Pancho is such a special place! ❤️ I spend two weeks in SP every year... can’t wait for my next trip in 6 weeks! We will take a day trip or two to Sayulita, but I always look forward to getting back to the chill vibe in SP. It’s my happy place 😃☀️👙🍹
Mexico is most beautiful Country in the 🌎 no matter what People said if is Danger or not
I feel safer in Nayarit than I do as a citizen of Canada. I don’t care what anyone says about it either!!!! God bless Mexico and it’s people!!!! All of them!!!!
I was recently in chacala and couldn’t believe how beautiful it is, can’t wait to make my way down la costa alegre 🤗 san pancho is definitely next on my list!

Ok ok don't forget Sayulita...we just highly encourage you to check out San Pancho if you're near Puerto Vallarta or Sayulita 😃
Maybe try Zipolite while you are down that way?
That is a lonnnnnng ways away isn't it? Either way- we want to go!!! haha
Thanks for this video and excellent advice. A couple random points. The lunch looked great and looks like a healthy place to eat, kind of unexpected for an "aldea pequeña". Also noticed the bikes weren't locked up, cannot do that where I live- even with my 30 year old mountain bike.
Kinetic Kennons Don’t forget your birthday suit. 😱
This town called San Francisco right?
What a beautiful place!!happy friday guys!!
OMG, let me get my popcorn relax time love your Videos I set my mind walking right along with you to Thanks again 👍🌴

WOW, you have opened my eyes to a new place for us to explore. We have driven by San Pancho on the highway but never went into the town. After watching this video, I think we will venture up there for a visit this winter. I like the laid back vibe and the relaxed atmosphere your video portrayed. Thanks again for a very informative and entertaining video.
San Pancho is an amazing little laid back town. So many great little restaurants, coffee shops and an ice cream place!! I'm looking forward to exploring it again this January
Wow...my kind of place. Beautiful, relaxed. Truly sophisticated...meaning without being pretentious and pricey, knowing what appreciation for the beauty of life consists of.
Went there last year and also was surprised in a good way of the good vibe this place has.
Nice vid, you guys brake the scene nice.
Gracias por vicitar mi pueblo!!
San Pancho👍🏼🌴🌊☀️
Great experience.. great video!

San Pancho is sweet. That was one of the towns we visited in Nayarit. Would be fun to see a video on what happens at Las Juntas when they're having one of their famous fiestas. Can't wait to be back. Was great meeting you guys!! I already miss the raspados at the plaza.
I'm so excited to have found your channel. I m looking for a place to start living in Mexico. PV has been the most likely start
From Texas to Texans hope to meet. Bless you and your feet! The heat is intense in both Austin and PV the difference is so much : the colors , the kindness, amd my favorite Ki Key cat.❤✌

Yo love the whole concept of this channel
WOW! If this place is anything like Bacalar then I'm there ! Another great video -another great destination added to my list ☺️☺️
This is a nice place to relax while in Nayarit. If your still there, try a cup of hot chocolate @ mexicolate. It's right across the street from the town community center. Your welcome
Love the cap. Lookin' good!
I’m definitely going to stop by at San Pancho, it seems to be a lovely place 😍 already booked my trip to Sayulita for May 2022. 🌷 Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful video 🤩
Me suscribo porque con ustedes pongo en práctica mi ingles jajaja
Go to guyabitos nayarit... Its another 15 minutes north.. Highly recommend.. You'll pass our families hometown on the way.. Monteon, Nay
Visit San Sebastian del Oeste. It's about an hour away from there and totally worth the trip. It's a trip back in time. Mexican film icon Pedro Infante, used to film a lot of his movies there.
Wow! Beautiful place. 👍 I loved when Greg said "ijoe" ☺😀😊
Just met this couple randomly here in Sayulita. What a nice couple! They are very informative. Good luck with your channel. Hope you two come visit Marias restaurant in San Pancho. Salud!
My wife and I spent a very peaceful week in San Pancho a few years ago. Awesome place.
Surfing in San Pancho was so much fun when I went there in 2012. I really want to go back again soon.
Hey guys! Did you know that Puerto Vallarta has the only direct flight (besides Cancun) between Finland and Mexico? Also, until a few months ago, it had a seasonal flight between London and Puerto Vallarta, that's really cool :D
Me gusta el titulo de este video!!! Y sí que atrae San Pancho, gracias!!
Never been there but I'll put it on my list, thanks amigos!👍
Glad you loved our beautiful town!
Sweet!! Thanks guys!
Welcome to México. Thanks for your video.
we're heading there in October for a day..can't wait!
Waoo what a beautiful place
Wow. every town in Mexico. looks unique!
I like this place. You've had several videos of small publas with not much going on, but this has the vibe of a laid back surf town. I've lived in Hawaii, Philippines, Thailand .. all near the ocean and this place seems like a good fit for me. Thanks.
Curtis, moving to CDMX in 2 weeks.
Pretty accurate statement that San Pancho is like what Sayulita use to be as far as the number of people and business activity. My wife and I live in Sayulita. It’s great for business, but has lost much of its tranquillity. San Pancho has changed as well. It’s not as sleepy as it use to be. Huge difference in activity between high and low season.
I stayed there forc3 days about 5 yrs ago. There were really great restaurants and lots of good music. The beach is beautiful. There was a music festival too. I want to live there.
Nice video.thanks more.both you looks very nice.
Orgullosamente soy de San Pancho, Nayarit Hermoso mi pueblo
Love the music in your videos! What is the name of this song? I need more. 😂
Bailar by El Neon
Love you guys... I enjoy watching your videos..
Ánimo Wera saludos Goyo...
San Pancho is COOL, from what I see here it is very much like Rincón de Guayabitos, about an hour or hour and a half from PV, seeing Güera and you walk Goyo, you were SWEATING CRAZY and Güerita put her hair up in a bun, yeah tierra caliente is the coast! :)
Como siempre que lindo video amigos
you guys should go to Chacala and take a boat to the hidden cove and ask for Juan. When you get there ask the Boaters where he is and they will take you
Hiijole!!que bonito video!!
Qué rica playita!!
pretty calming video
You have to visto all the beaches in the state of Nayarit , you will love them ! Then you can visit the center is Nayarit like Tepic the capital , and Samao and jala
Soy de Nayarit y me siento feliz de que hayan visitado mi hermoso estado de Nayarit.
Si quiero viajar par alla pronto. Escribir en Espanol me falta mucho, pero si lo intento.
Hello KK Exelente San Pancho Nayarit is a Jewel enjoy
FYI--Palapa roofs are not made of straw. They're made of PALM fronds.
Me asustaste Gollito pensé que te caías ten bien mucho cuidado please cuando camines 😮👱🏻♂️👩🦳muy hermoso place happy Friday guys 👋🏻😇🙏🏻👍🏻
My family and I spent this past June in San Pancho. We could easily have stayed longer. There is still MUCH more for y'all to explore!
u guys are troopers...the best
I've been there, twice. Love it :)
I love this place! Can't wait to go back!
I thought you guys lived in Vallarta for one year so assumed you were also there during high season? I would like to know just how crowded it is from December thru March, as we will be there this winter.
How much was the bus to get there? Couldn't hear on vid...We all arrive on Sept 21! :) See y'all then !!!
Love the sunglasses Hillary!
I own a beach home in the wonderful fishing/service town of LA Penita de Jaltemba. It's about a 20 minute drive north from San Pancho. Come one come all. The area is vast expanding, especially with Costa Canuva's billion dollar hotel and golf facilities opening around us in 2020-2023.
I hope that you visit Isla Holbox sometime. I have been there and found it to be a gem of a town. NOT commercial as yet and zero cars, but there are flamingos.
I love you guys!!!!!!! 🇲🇽🇺🇸
Drone footage is so awesome 😎
Puro Nayarit, especialmente Tepic. 🇲🇽🔝 Greetings Kennons. 🤗
Was just in Tepic. Beautiful city.
@@curtthompson4503 I'm glad to hear you liked it, I'll be back there soon. 🙏
@Jose Rendon I will be back aswell. Hopefully soon this Covid nightmare ends. My girlfriend lives there. We went everyday almost out to San Blas. I believe our base will be in Tepic but I want to buy a sailboat and have it out in the water maybe closer to Guaybiddos. God bless Mexico!!!!! Love from Canada!!!!
Beautiful place😍
I have heard about Lo De Marcos, just a little further north. Can you check it out for us?
What do you want to know? I'm from this town, now living in Las Vegas for almost 30 years. Peace
I slow travel, and I’m currently in Vallarta right now. I keep seeing the Nyait bus stop near my AirBnB and asked how far of a bus ride, they stated about an hour and a half. The cost was very low, I think it was like 50 pesos on this very nice bus.
Saludos goyo y saludos ala wera bonito video kinetics sigan asi :)
Thanks for the update! My wife and I are planning a trip to the area to see if we want to move there. We were very turned off by the amount of air pollution in San Miguel de Allende and we would rather live near the beach anyway. Did you find Sayulita to have a lot of air pollution from all of the traffic? I assume San Pancho is better? A lot of people don’t realize that Mexico does not have any where near the same level of emissions controls as we have here in California or the rest of the United States so, it is like stepping back into the 70s.
I live in Sayulita. Not a lot of air pollution with the strong sea breeze every day. It’s heaven in the winter, but brutally hot in the summer. Splitting time between the mountains and beach is the way to go.
Have you just discovered my go-to place in Mexico? We have been coming here for several years now. But I thought you checked it out once before but were less impressed that time.
What time of the year were you there?
Was that the Pacifico bus you took?
Bro what kind of camera is that es de lo major?? Soy de nayarit by the way 👍👍👍🤩
Verry beautiful laid back town but please clean the outskirts ! I saw a lot of garbage when I visited last year.
Sayalita hippie town. San Pancho is much quite. Did you make a trip to San sebastian?
Wait it had 2 views but 7 likes that crazy. Love you guys..
Likes are immediate, views are not. You need to watch at least 60% of the video to count as a view.
This morning I was looking for things to do in San Pancho
