Nice! I'm not the only one that shoots out the window. Adds a bit of stress to the process. Have a double pin, but have been looking hard at the triple stack housing.
I recently got a spot hog fast Eddie xl double pin put on my bow and it is great. The guys at my local shop hooked me and helped me get it tuned and the sucker is great. Just got to sight it in at 60 yards and put the sight tape on it but I’m already in love with the new sight

Very good point. I am guilty of favoring brands on some things for sure but I always try to keep an open mind so just in case something comes along that checks all my boxes that I dont miss out on it just cause it was made by a brand I don't like or have had bad experience with in the past.
This is such a sweet sight! It's crazy that having dedicated pointers for each pin hasn't been standard for multipin sliders since they came out.

I run the fast Eddie XL with the UV3 XL double pin out front, pretty hard set up to beat for hunting in my opinion, Great video the unboxing videos are always fun to watch.
In my opinion the best hunting sight from Spot Hogg is the Tommy Hogg. Short and compact for hunting and built tough as nails. Don't stick out far so no problems getting hung up in the woods or pulling it up on a rope, and being that it's short to the riser your sight marks will be tighter to get more distance out of it with a heavy hunting arrow.
Glad to see a vid other than axcel. I was all about the landslyde but got a double pin fast eddie and love it. Can't figure out why axcel has no double pin??

I went the tommy hogg triple and love it. Thought id miss my dovetail hogg father but not at all.

I have a fast eddy xl with dove tail and I like it but scope is a lil to big for me I like smaller scopes I’m hitting this year with a shrewd scope one pin
I just purchased an HHA Tetra Single-Pin sight which I really like. It seems much more simpler than Spot Hogg which I prefer. My shots are much more accurate with a single-pin scope as opposed to a more traditional 3 or 5 pin sight. I added my own second pin to my Tetra using white nail polish which works but isn’t very bright in lowlight conditions but provides confidence should my target move further away than what I originally set my dial at. The idea of the Triple Stack really peaks my interest and is something I will definitely check out at my local pro shop.
HHA also sells a 4-pin scope for the tetra

I’m using the 5 pin CBE stationary for $80 and I love it. It’s cheap, it works, and it has micro adjust. I’m new to archery and sliders seem a little over the top for me and my use.
@@TheMetalLife666 i confised the pins on my 5 pin and missed, never again. I have a pin for every practical distance and can dial to anything farther
How would you compare it to the HHA sights? I have a traditional 5 pin and I’m wanting to upgrade before archery season comes in here in Georgia.

I think single and double pins are not ideal for run and gun elk hunting. Three pins is really ideal. 5 pins gets cluttered, 7 pins is a mess. Three pins is perfect.
So a uv3 can be used on an HHA tetra ? Going off the UV website the uv3 is not comparable with any HHA sight ?

Idk if it’s normal but my sight pin is always set a little left of my arrow tip when I line it up with the string. Is this supposed to happen because the riser bends when you pull back? Is there a way to fix this if it’s not normal?
Being they make a uv3 bracket for it now can you do a updated video with the uv3 on it
I tried the Tripple stack... Its not quite as awesome as everyone is saying... Im going to the Black Gold Duo Trac. Smaller housing and the two pins are as useful as the MRT triple stacks 3 pins are. As usual "popular" doesn't mean "best".
I really like the spot Hogg but right before they came out With the triple stack I bought the double pin. I really like the double pin Spot Hogg and I don’t feel like spending a lot of money on another sight when I just got a new one. Lol. I do like the floating pin so eventually I may have to go get the new triple stack. Hopefully I would just be able to buy the scope and not the whole setup.
They offer the scope only option with the triple stack pins and pointer. It will fit to your existing Spot Hogg

So is it the flight of a parabola that 8 yards and 20 yards are the same pin? I recently did my first 3D shoot and went home and verified that,shooting close was the same as using a 20 pin.

I love my triple stack🥰,,,though I do wish I had the smaller pin sight on the bottom,,,well I just might have to take a 1/2 drive north to the headquarters and see what they can do for me some day ,
P.S. any notions, ponders, ideas on arrow (hunting) designs, for my v3x 29/ mod 60# / 28" draw, would like to have 200 to 225 up front , thanks for any ideas you can give ....keep up the great vids Chriss , ......Chazz

I would personally run a victory vap or vap tko. If you wanna keep your foc high and your overall weight lower go with the vap. I am running the Valkyrie 180 grain target tip at 28.5. It is a 300 spine and is coming in at about 461 grains. Sorrry for the long comment hopefully it helps
also i am shooting it at 70 pounds so you could get away with a 340
