    Folks Aburi is facing massive deforestation and massive trees and environmental destruction due to land developers. Please plant trees and don’t cut trees. Climate change, erosion and flooding is occurring in Aburi. Stop tree cutting and building concrete walls and compound tiles. Build within the forest and stop the massive environmental and natural environmental damages

    People stop saying in your videos that the lands are cheap "they land is only such and such" etc, etc, I know most of the diaspora going to buy land in Africa have never owned land before or even had home ownership so the are just looking at the dollar amt when they convert into their respective currencies.
    Please take into consideration that these lands have no municipal services so it will incur additional cost to the Buyer to bring these services to the iand. There is also cost to survey and clear the land, etc,etc. All these cost add up. Many diasporans are mislead by these videos and run to buy land and are not prepared for the additional costs and find themselves in financial trouble. The Africans on the other hand hear this as a valid reason to inflate prices on land, building materials, services, etc. This also push prices way above the reach of the locals and breathes resentment towards the diasporans.
    It's better to say the lands are affordable as they are reasonably priced but we should bear in mind that there are additional costs to consider when buying land in Africa.

    I'm surprised you need to log a private vehicle

      @diaryofayummymommy Před rokem +1

      That's done only for DV license plates. Which means your car has not been registered yet. Logging gets the police off your back as far as bribery is concerned.

      So, my apologies I failed to mention that our plates are DV. We have not yet registered our plates. So as @Dairy of A Yummy Mommy stated that is correct .

      @thegordonfivefamily999  Před rokem +1

      Yea, seems like it’s on the other side of the Aburi mountains but from what they say once it’s all developed and roads are completed everything should connect.
