New system works? The cash rules have always been this, only thing new was dividing the squad under Captains to promote competition between each other.

I think it’s a pity they can’t have their own independent ventures. If my quota was $300k/week I’d want to hand that in and keep whatever else to wash and distribute to my team myself
They need to earn 300k a week. To themselves + crew. 300k needs to be generated. Each captain, subcrew, member will keep a big portion of that. And you get benefits back from the crew, like reimbursements for investement you have made (via Gigi). The dons aren't pocketing massive amounts of money. For the longest of time they didn't earn anything at all. I am not saying the subcrews should not go ahead and leave, I don't know what's right or wrong there. Just letting you know how it's set up.

The groups get their money back after it’s cleaned. It’s not like it’s just going into Langs pockets. You would have known that within the first 5 minutes of the video. Thats how the mob works. You pull your heist, turn it in, they launder the money and return to you your cut. An on long term business and success you get your investment by moving up, or being allowed to purchase new property for your crew, or start new operations to make more cash.
