Ever realised the gun discipline on the T side, compared to the CT side?
CT's hold their finger above the trigger, to prevent any misfires, while T side just blatantly shows off their huge guns not knowing that a startle might blow off their feet!
Nice little feature valve!

Plus, the T sometimes throws the bomb correctly, then act cool; or not correctly, almost fell off his hands, nervously catching it back, and looking arround if nobody saw that.
That somewhat has humor, and it got me.

It freezes because it wont hold menu images and assets on memory, so you can still play the latest cs go version with your oldest potato pc.
It freezes because it loads the menu from Disk. It would be nice have the option to preload menu. But, whatever, we dont use it that often anyways.

valve also needs to fix the alt+tab issue where it would take like 10 seconds to get back into the game after tabbing out
Ikr! Alt+tabbing back takes half a minute!!!
I think if you go into windows options on your PC (if you have windows 10) and turn off focus assist, i heard it fixes/reduces time for alt-tabbing.

Paul Equinox The point is, it only happens to CS:GO. Even for poorly-oppotized game, PUBG, doesn't have this problem (at least for me).

I honestly really love the pictures of CTs and Ts from early versions of the game and wish they stayed. I'm glad some of that element still stayed in the current day.

Edit: These maps are available through the workshop but they are not prepacked with the game. being in the game gives them better exposure to new players and will be a nice reward for the mappers how made them. imagine getting so close to getting your map into the game permanently but it just doesn't get added. CSGO has such a large mapping scene but so little community maps in the base game let alone have competitive servers for match making.

You can play them if you go into an offline game and type: map [map name]
Jack Sandic but if you are brand new player. you most likely haven’t turned on the console. It goes a LONG way to just give them an icon for offline mode.
Is there an option to change the background on the home screen? If not they need to add it. For different maps / maybe even custom ones we could get from the workshop?

I still get super nostalgic about the 2013 format since that was when I started playing.
Thanks for making a video on this despite you feeling it was unnecessary. People look to you for technical information when it's something that others can find themselves, and I think it's very interesting how you manage to make your videos interesting by not making them just a data dump.
will it be a great idea to add an extra animation for you when you're running at full speed (different for each guns equipped)
so it'll actually showcase how accurate you'll be when you're running(the gun is slightly tilted down), walking(the gun is tilted just a little bit), and standing or crouching (the gun is at an accurate stable shot position)
will give more heads up to newbs about how the accuracy of shooting works and give a little little bit spice that we all enjoy :D

2:50 a suggestion about the Friends tab is that it should show the rank next to the person avatar or name so you know which people to invite to your lobby right away without having to view each profile separately

The only change panorama needs is the good 'ole music blast when it loads. Then it can fade out, but if it doesn't wake up the neighborhood when it loads in then it isn't perfect.

We have a new interface which isn't as functional as the previous and makes zero difference to game play, but it looks pretty.
What a nice way to please the shallow people ..
the 2011 UI reminds me of the ones from the first borderlands (2009) and deadspace (2008)
on the other hand, the panorama UI follows the trend of simplified and box shaped ones like we see everywhere nowadays
really interesting to see how everything changes with time

Country is kinda nice to have because cs was inspired to be an accurate gun simulation. It is definetly not needed but it is blast from the past. And it gives the game a small serious note.

I believe it was already very expensive 5 years ago, man the nostalgia, I miss the old csgo intro with the valve theme.
Every CS player remembers opening up CS:GO for the first time and hearing the menu music also for the first time - it was beautiful yet scary at the same time.
I didnt play CS:GO for like a year now, I just love listening to phillip.
Also im really curious how compatible panorama is with 4:3 screens
It's like creating a black hole.
It works pretty well. Valve knows a large part of the player base plays 4:3 and did a great job (from what I've seen)

NovaDelta it’s scaled okay, but the news window sometimes covers the left arm of the guy on the home screen.
Personally i play on 4:3 stretched, and it does look a little bit more cluttered but still looks ok due to the sleek menus on the sides

There it was another Scaleform UI in 2015 (when they introduced the skins), there isn't too much different between 2018 Scaleform but, it worth mention it!

In panorama it doesn't show what round is it in Tab
ima little late so you probably figured this put by now, the bars in between do that. shows your wins/losses each round as well.
I know this is an old vid, but I prefer the previous CS:GO UI before this. I also prefer the older character models. Edit: I think the reason draws are now green (besides being positive) is because they are like mini wins. They show that you and the enemy team are neck and neck and are improving. I’ve ranked up on draws multiple times. Not once have I deranked.
That was the first time i seen the music disc inspect, i didnt even know that you could do that
