Shohei has been awesome as a Dodger and lived up to most of the expectations, the only pimple on the model as they say is his RISP but I'm sure he'll improve upon that too he's an elite athlete 💪😎💙 GO DODGERS
The way he's playing right now, you just know he's going to be an absolute monster in the playoffs. Dude has tuned out so much noise and is somehow getting better as a hitter while injured. It's actually pretty amazing.

That swing is art. He loads really early, sometimes before the pitch is thrown, his front leg doesn't move forward at all, it just gives him a base with his other leg, then he doesn't swing too hard, just focuses on getting the bat head to the ball wherever the pitch is, and let's the pitch do the work.
Only Shohei can let his game do the talking, the man doesn’t have to say a word and still bring out a full crowd 🐐

RISP is the only problem he has as a hitter, but he'll be able to overcome it eventually. The problem is the pitch. The value of 700 mill depends on whether he can pitch after next year.
Just be confident he's already gone through this once, and he's such a passionate guy that he will do anything in his power to pitch again, even better than before

Yeah, but he's been terrible with runners in scoring position. He's currently batting .184 with RISP. In 44 PA's with RISP he's struck out 7 times, grounded into 3 double plays, and only has 2 extra base hits.
