Elaine is my favorite!!! People don't give her credit enough!!!! Love you Elaine!!!!
Well said
Mine too
Mine too
A suh ppl stay
@@aliciapinnock4797 she is still the fastest woman, no matter what anybody says!!🔥🔥
She’s awesome. I’m more of a Shelly fan, but I have so much respect for her. Congrats!! Elaine you’re a legend!! Fastest woman alive!! You’ve proven yourself!
Yes
Agreed! 💯
I love her...so humble
I'm the opposite. Elaine is my absolute favorite. I love whenever they pan the camera on her and she gives this awkward but genuine smile as if she's almost shy to have the camera on her. But, the last interview I saw with Shelly Anne definitely put her in a lovable light.
This is how you "lose" with class. Hard to call a bronze at the world championships losing, but I'm sure she hoped for better. Yet, she handled these interviews with class and humility.
I agree with your statement
Well said and she will get 20,000 for all her hard work!
Really wish Shaccari would have run this race so she could have bitched to the media😂
I don't see Shacarri in your comment 😂
yes I really dislike how a lot of people who call it 'losing' are usually the spectators
I love her! She’s treated like she’s a step child but she still and will prevail!
The bias is real but we stand by you queen!
You just have to love Elaine; she's knows how to conduct herself
Unlike someone that had that same weave 💀💀💀
@@rophesmith2088 Elaine is a well and grown woman while Shacarri is 22 and is still growing into maturity . She’s been doing it longer lmao plz stfu and leave her alone
@@rophesmith2088 That's precisely what I thought when I saw her in the staging area. Even down to the color. I knew she wad going to lose when I saw that hairdo.
@@rophesmith2088 OHHHHHH MYYYY GOSHHHH I KNOW WHO YOUR TALKING ABOUT LMAOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO WE SMOKED HER PACK ALREADY LOLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL
Yes I love her soo much and I wished her all the best in ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️Christ Jesus amen bless
She seemed to be very mature about not winning, I could sense she feels bad about it but she's staying positive and I congratulate her for positiveness. She's can be happy though that she broke the drought of never winning a WC 100m and got a bronze this year.
She is a winner, and its good to feel bad not winning as it motivates to work harder
She's always positive, win or loose
She's injured so she is really grateful
@@latoyabaker6302 She is not injured. She said in numerous interviews that she is in good shape.
@@latoyabaker6302 Oh ok. She's "injured". Well that explains everything. Lol!!!
You have to say that Elaine is definitely a class act and yes she's definitely a fighter and you can see that she isn't 100% Big up Elaine ⭐🇯🇲
So humble and gracious even though she did not complain she did her best congrats to the fastest woman alive people need to show her love .
Omg,people shows her love .What is wrong with you people.😂
Love you all 3 the hard way Jamaica 🇯🇲 to the world 🌎
@@davidscott3726 No they really don't.
Check your grammar. Love you my dear 😘
She is the fastest woman alive, the only person with a faster time is FloJo.
Anyone who is a fan of the sports could tell something was wrong all season. She just didn't have the explosive finish we have come to know and expect so true fans were just hope she would just medal. ShellyAnn and Sherika was definitely in better form. Much love and respect to all our Jamaican ladies. We're all really proud.
She has an injured shoulder , she did pretty well though, congrats to all the ladies..🇯🇲🇯🇲♥️♥️
Anit it amazing she still whooping azz she not even here best.
My respect for Elaine has shot up immensely after this interview. You make us proud Elaine 😊🇯🇲🇯🇲
So happy she finally medaled!!🙌🏾😭😍👏🏾
I love Elaine, she's a class act and a legend. So professional and I love her she's my favourite! God Bless You, Elaine 🙏🏽
Like the fact that she didn't blame anything or anyone except her injuries
and missing out on training. She took
responsibility with grace.
She's one of my favorite athletes and will continue to be, wether on the mountain top or down in the valley.
I'm her fan.
TRACK QUEEN! EVEN AT YOUR WORST YOU'RE STILL THE GOAT!
Love you Elaine! So gracious! Congratulations on your win! God bless and keep you! ❤️🇯🇲
🇯🇲😘💃🏃♀️💯💯
Elaine is such a classy and humble athlete. She is still dealing with shoulder and achilles issues so I would not say she's 100% coming into these World Championships. Only Elaine and Flo-Jo have hit 40km an hour at top end speed in the 100m. I have nothing against Shelly-Ann and I'm happy for her but if Elaine was 100% healthy no one would touch her. Those are just the facts....
No hate but Elaine is actually the only athlete to hit a top end speed of 40 kmh in her 10.54 run whereas Flo-Jo hit a top end speed of around 39.3 kmh which is also slower than the 39.7 kmh speed Elaine hit in her 10.61 run
@@damarisayles5736 Thanks for the info.... only Elaine right now has a chance at the world record (she has the height, stride length and top end speed) but needs to recover fully and have a injury free season in order to do so....
I love this lady. She's inspirational.
Me too. Go Ms Elaine
Can’t help but love Elaine. Just a humble soul🫶🏼
So graceful. Love her. Well done Jamaica 🇯🇲 So proud of you 👏
Hats off to you Elaine. You did it again. You have shown the world what it means to be resilient. Continue to stay positive. You did not get the result that you may want, but you persevere and came out victorious. Love you. Congratulations to all our girls.
There's a life off the tracks for each athlete, one we're not privy to knowing the details! Looking at Elaine's performances leading up to this Championships one could see that there was a struggle from the start of her races, transitioning to top end speed and maintaining that speed to the line! Her start was not technically sound and to make up gaps against elite athletes like Shellyann and Jackson was always going to be near impossible while nursing injuries! It's no easy task performing at peak level for professional athletes..I applaud her resilience, humility and gracious acceptance of not being in the top spot in every race..Congrats to all the women!
I could not imagine running that fast on an achillies injury Elaine 🤯. When I heard that I was sad and counted her to win 4th place🙄, but I am glad she was able to persevere. 🥹These Jamaican athletes are truly and inspiration to their nation in taking your talents and sharing them with the world👏🏾👏🏾! I am proud of all the ladies Congrats to the Jamaican trio! 🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲 SFP 🥇The Golden World Champ👏🏾👏🏾
Her energy is so beautiful.
It really is!
She didn't run her best. You can tell. She's so wonderful. ❤
Elaine has the best running motion i ever see
Yeah it's immaculate!!!
Never knew others saw it. Great technique.
Congratulations Elaine. You exude humility on and off the field. Keep staying before God and he will exalt you continuously 🙏❤️. Blessings on your journey 🙏 ✨️.
Looks like God chose to exalt someone else.

So nice. You go Elaine.. Congratulations to all you Ladies…
Thank you for your class and professionalism and continue to representing Jamaica.
I knew that something is wrong she did mention about her shoulder but I suspect there was something more.
That Achilles heel again Lord have mercy upon her feet.
Amen
Legend so graceful and beautiful 😍!
She will bounce back like the queen she is! Stay positive Elaine such feisty sweetheart…
I’m still hoping she can win the 200m gold
This is true humility in its finest form. This is why these ladies will always WIN life’s biggest races, not just Olympics or World Championships, but always win in life. Is because in the midst of adversity, she’s still showing up and still delivering, win or lose, she’s going to remain poise, humble and gracious. She have always expressed gratitude, and so does Shelly and Shericka.
These women doesn’t act entitled even with 5 titles under her belt, Shelly still remain hungry, but very humbled. Others need to take lesson here, always be humble, and express gratitude. Start with being great full for life, then you thank God for your talent, then the ppl around you, that helps to keep you grounded.
Thank you very much. Well said👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Go Elaine, Still love you girl, you made us proud!!!!
Her husband must be feeling like a king to have a high caliber woman like this as his wife. She's so beautiful and elegant
How do you define high calibre?
@@nsudatta-roy8154 success at the highest level as well as beauty and class. She has that combo
@@nsudatta-roy8154 so are u saying she isn't high calibre?
@@tangoodie4471 Huh? I asked a question. I did not render an opinion. Moreover, high calibre is a subject term.
My question to you would be: would the vast majority of ppl on the planet find that an athlete who has no other claim to fame be considered high Calibre? What is the standard for determining high caliber ppl?

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS YOUNG LADY🔥🔥🔥CLEAN HEART💜
Nice speech Elaine, you're very intelligent. Jamaica all the way! Go Girls! Oh Looking great too Elaine.
It's ok Elaine ..I still love you and will always love you🤩🤩
These athletes have to practice to come to work and when thy get there they have to fight for the spot to get paid through everything that affects them don't get to call in sick like the rest of us Salute to the greats in this sport , salute to the ladies for offering us hope and dreams through their preserverence lots of love and blessings to you all!!!!
So proud of you FASTELAINE ,congrats on you first world championship 100m medal.
Whenever I see Elaine I Remember Merlene Ottey 🥰 Elaine is such a Humble Person
Very proud of u Elaine
I knew something was up with Elaine she did not look like herself all of this this season. A Shame injuries are affecting her to perform at her best
Fingers cross she’s good next season because it will be fireworks but Olympic years is her food
@@adriangrant6954 Atleast the next WC is just round the corner. The WC is in 2023 a year from now. Hopefully will be in better shape because I think she is the only one that can beat Shelly Ann Fraser. If not won't be surprised if Shelly Ann Fraser was to win a six WC title next year
Why Shelly did not show that joy when Elaine beat her as a fellow Jamaican. I hate to look at her face after her 100 defeat at the Olympics. I wish all of them the best but i hope Elaine come back to full fitness soon. She is the best sprinter in the world.
Exactly it looked very bad and the whole jamaica too has some biased
I respect Elaine Thompson Hera, the fastest woman on the planet officially.
This wm has class and a wonderful personality. She only, got 3rd bc, her start was terrible and She still, ran good enough to get a bronze. The 200m, w a good start should get her a gold or silver. I'm pulling for you rest those legs. Shalom.
Hallelujah hallelujah praise lord Jehovah God’s almighty in Christ Jesus yes I agree with you too❤️❤️ amen bless
She finally made the podium!!!
Congrats ladies. Elaine you've done your best, I know that you're not in best shape of, as you have always said you're taking it one step at a time. I pray that God give you the added strength, we still love you girl no matter what. Win ,draw or lose. Your 10:54 is yet to beat. Congratulations again my Jamaican team Shelly ,Sherika and Elaine. Job well done.
Achilles injury is hell. Takes the push away from the thrust phase. Still 10.54s. Still a great. Still has the REAL WR.

Congratulations star girl won't take nothing from proud of you girl 😘
Elaine definitely gets the respect she deserves on and off the track. Idk what type of question tht 🤦♀️
Wondering as well!
It’s because she got rid of Nike for treating her less than the no medal newcomer with a bunch of clout for losing. She now with Puma because they treat real winner much better.

Great interview Elaine. Those who understand the sports could see that you were nowhere near your best and had it been you would have gotten the gold without a doubt. Congrats to shelly and Jackson. But you are the greatest woman sprinter of all times, no matter what anyone want to say. Until shelly or Jackson beaten your 200m and 100m times then I will rethink my decision.
