Hi Robert, this is the best video out there about mpe technology (seaboard rise 2). I really hope that in the (near) future other manufactures of keyboard controllers will jump into mpe and produce a 49 keys mpe keyboard controller that is affordable for everyone. Many thanks for your vid, I really love your sounds.
Needs to be said, I really dig the sounds you created there. I am definitely going to check out and likely purchase your Soundpack, I am always on the lookout for new samples to use in Equator 2. For now I am using (and loving) Seaboard Blocks, but a Rise 2 is hopefully arriving here before the Christmas holidays 😊

You’re idea for layering in symphonic destruction is brilliant by the way, I never considered doing that as linked patch because I always want independent filter control over each, but playing at the same time seems great for quick sketching and you can always go back in and change the the filter animations per channel later :)
Hi, I organize by genre. For example if I record sounds in steam engine museum I will call folder Steam engine, inside folder I will create sub folder with location where i record and in this folder i will store photos what I take of engine i recorded plus folder with original recording session and additional folders with edit files and process files. Yes will take lot space but that the way i do😊
I am irritated. When looking at the keyboard visualisation at the bottom of Equator I notice erratic MIDI coming in every time you use the slide gesture with more than a single note. Either Cubase isn’t set up correctly for MPE during this presentation, or there is something wrong with the Seaboard. Hope it’s the former.
Yeah, looking closer makes it obvious. All the erratic jumps are moving perfectly parallel across all involved notes and it doesn’t only affect Slide but also Glide (and surely Pressure, too). So MIDI channels are being merged into a single channel before reaching Equator. I am relieved, for a moment I thought the new Seaboard might be prone to glitches with Slide but it’s obviously the MIDI setup of your Cubase session 😅. Good thing that the sounds you showcased made it almost inaudible, they still sounded great and will be even better with MPE running correctly.
