1:21:00 sir you are saying wind is blowing perpendicular to isobar but showing parallel. Please clarify.

Reaching out yours videos made me fall for Georgraphy than any other subject , thankyou sir 🙌🏻✨
1:51 sir with due respect 🙏🏻
yes sub tropical jet stream brings western disturbance to India but
sub tropical jet stream is formed in latitude of 27°- 30° in the boundary of Headley and Ferrel cell
but the diagram you are presenting shows that it is formed between the boundary area of Ferrel and polar cell where as the jet stream to be formed between these two ( F & P cells ) is that of polar jet stream
so my request to the team is to plz clarify my doubts
I may be wrong but I want to know where I am going wrong
As we know , unchai PR Jane se temperature decrease hota h to air pressure bhan PR jyada hona chahiye PR bhan PR air pressure km hota h aesa kyun??? What is the reason behind this phenomenon except gravity ??
Now I understand why people say that we can be saved if we go near the 👁eye of a cyclone🌀 . But it is not very easy to get there.
@1:13:38
Sir shouldn't lower latitude ,moving at higher speeds experience more deflection?
Vhi to ...... Check time on 1.20.

Dear Sir , At 1:20 when you are explaning you are again n again saying winds becomes parallel to isobars but in ncert it is given it becomes perpendicular to isobars.
pls explain as its crearting confusion. @magnetbrains
Dear Student,
Thank you for reaching out to us. We understand that you are confused about the winds becoming parallel to isobars. However, if you watch the video again, you will see that we explain that the winds do not always become parallel to isobars. Sometimes

Sir, I have h doubt
Why are saying that wind blows parallel to isobars at equator as in book it is written that wind blows perpendicular to isobars at equator. Plzz can any body help me in this
This is really confusing me
Here it means that winds which are blowing parallel to isobars are nothing but perpendicular in context of isobars . And because at equator there is no coriolis force now due to rotation of earth from West to east winds blow parallel.
2:16:00 jet streams are horizontal winds....how does it affect cyclone
Why the latent heat subsides in cylclines ? Why dont they rise as they are light ?

1:20:25 - you said "wind blows parallel to the isobars" but in the book and in your slide itself it's written "wind blows perpendicular to the isobars"
Right
Sir se galti Hui ha
Wind perpendicular hi move karengi isobars se
You are right winds blows perpendicular, but there is always a force, because wind is coming from the sub tropical high latitudes, and it moves in the right ....

Sir if tropical cyclones move from east to west then why do we often see the cyclones on the western coasts such as mumbai....
Plz reply through the comments....
From here storms develope to move westwards further
I asked same question to my teacher. He said that it wasn't necessary.
Thank you sir😊
Thank you for your positive response! We're glad you're enjoying our educational videos and we hope you continue to learn from them!
Sir do ocean also refect?
Thank you sir❤.
Sir I have a doubt pls correct Tropical cyclone move east to west but cyclone biparjoy moved from west to east why?
Hi! Thank you for your question. The answer is actually quite simple. Tropical cyclones typically move from east to west because that is the direction that the wind is blowing. However, there can be exceptions to this rule, like in the case of Cyclone Biparjoy.

Sir in friction force u said wind speed will slow down if barrier comes but when bike is drive then we have to increase the speed
Thank you for your comment! You are right, when we ride a bike, we must increase the speed. However, we can also use friction force to slow down. When there is a barrier, the wind speed will slow down due to the friction between the air and the surface of the barrier. We hope this explanation helps! Thank you for watching our videos.

Aap keh rahe ho ki Windward side me precipitation hota h jbki leeward side me dry air k karan precipitation Nahi hota to fir Ye ice melting or river origination ka concept kahan se aaya..... Plz elucidate
We can assume two reasons
1. Chances of Little rain on leewrd side beccause most of the rain is precipitated on windward side.
2. Rivers maybe flowing from different location to leeward side n similarly the formation of ice is related.
Just assuming
Just out of curiosity ,
So if humans dont fly upeards with winds so why balloons and even winds do . Dont they get affected with gravity .
Because they hold gases inside them
2:15 sir lekin easterly jet stream helps in formation of cyclones dikhata hai Wikipedia pe
and also wo jet stream ka position toh horizontal hua
also easterly jet stream blows in summer so do cyclones forms in may - June !!

Why land absorbs the heat faster than the sea?
Actually land is solid, so insolation doesn't penetrate inside, warms the upper surface faster
But in the sea or in oceans, the sun light penetrate inside covers the more area ...takes time to get warm ....
That is why when land amd sea release heat, the land takes less time as compared to sea..

Great job on the video! It was very informative and helped me understand the concept better.
??????? how coriolis force work on latitude
Great question! The Coriolis force is created by the spin of the Earth on its axis. This force is strongest at the equator and gets weaker as you move towards the poles. The force affects the way objects move on the surface of the Earth. For example, the force causes winds

After exam
2:33.55 .. If Cyclone cross the equator, then Pressure Gradient becomes perpendicular to Isobars because Coriolis force is zero. And therefore, circulatory wind dissipates. ----This is my Understanding
But in lecture, it mentioned, wind(Geostropic Wind) blow llrl to Isobars. And, cyclone dissipate due to Coriolis force is zero at equator.
My Doubt is
If Wind(Geostopic Wind) below llrl to Isobars, then circulatory wind continues and cyclones to form and grow. Then how it dissipate cyclone?
You are absolutely right, sir has made the same mistake many times in this chapter by saying wind blow parallel to isobars, actually winds blows perpendicular to isobars at the equator...
