    Taikilo (Tora Leaves) are popular in Konkani GSB cuisine used to prepare delicacies like Muddho, Dangar, Sanna Polo. Tora leaves are widely available during rainy season.
    Taikilo leaf has many uses in traditional, herbal and Ayurvedic medicine. It also has germicidal properties.
    Ingredients - Serves 10-15 people
    Taikilo (Senna Tora Leaves) - 500 -750 gm
    Tandulu (Soaked Rice) - 2 Glass
    Tori Dali (Soaked Tur Dal) - 1/4 Glass
    Udida Dali (Dry Roasted Urad Dal) - 1/4 Glass
    Roasted Chilli (Ranmad) - 12 no
    Roasted Chilli (Byadgi) - 10 no
    Chincham (Tamarind) - Lemon size
    Hingu (Hing) - 3 gm
    Salt - as per Taste
