- High tech post driving trailer takes the effort out of driving end assembly posts whilst increasing safety and efficiency. At the end of the day, the simple trailer design means that it can all be folded up and driven away at 100Km an hour! The team from Walters Fencing demonstrates their latest driving trailer, some great little tools and even lets me loose on the equipment!

On the family farm in Devon, England. Father had a prize boar that could not perform his task. He was bad on his back foot. The vet was called and found a fencing staple in his foot all nasty.
Every time we went fencing or worked with nails anywhere, I had the boar story. To this day I'm careful with nails and wire.
This is a great system for todays kids that lack self preservation. 👍🏽😂
This looks amazing and so incredibly well thought out, but also incredibly expensive. Done is done.
Those trailer setups look awesome. Use and swap on any 4x4 with great efficiency.
There are cordless welders about. The austrian firm Fronius does a have a portable welder with a good capacity, the AccuPocket. This firm makes excellent quality welders.
Excellent bit of kit. Just one thing, beware of strong magnets, like the one on the spirit level, near your back pocket: They erase credit card magnetic strips.
Right-o: putting a level in the wife's handbag.
Very interesting. A lot of ingenuity has gone into that fencing equipment design.👍
Stay safe, regards Niels.
Who ever invents a atv mounted unit will do well.
Added features could be rock spike & self propelled trailer although vehicles are becoming driverless so that’s handy 😎👍
Brilliant 👍👍👍
No need to use a tape measure for the height of the post.
Just check how high the first post is on your shirt, eg a button and use that mark
Our property is in some pretty rocky country. I am still trying to work out how I get star pickets into the ground. It's obviously doable as they are all around us, but I am yet to see a video of it anywhere.
That's one best ones I have seen,. Can we see it work in gravel rocky soil?
I’ll ask the team
Good bit of kit for flat dry country out west, completely useless in steep tight or damp country...
as always demo fence machine on flat ground and must be running dexta as decent cow hop that low fence
Sheep.
That bracing business at end of vid needs to be explained a little slower for this Texas boy. Did I miss the plate being anchored? Does that tie rod back to the post do all the work?
Is there a part II?
Thanks
There is a part 2. Coming out in a few weeks. This video shows a similar system slower czcams.com/video/IE1MTgkgXNY/video.html. Becoming very common here. Look out for more on this in the future.
USA here. I am curious, how does that brace work? I am having a hard time seeing how it would hold the post in place with no anchor to push on the brace end?
It’s in the maths. You can’t alter the length of one side of a triangle. It’s a self tensioning brace. All the stay block does is stop the assembly from sinking into the ground.
It basically work's the same way as a traditional H-brace. Pulls on the bottom of the post to transfer the force to the top of the post. The rest of the force goes straight down, in this case to the foot plate instead of the backup posts base.
What’s the idea of the star picket next to the strainer?
anchor the post.Explanation in video
Where can I purchase whites products from ?

Hi mate. Hope this link helps whitesrural.com.au/wheretobuy.html
What truck are they using
Iveco
Couldn't they have markings on the mast for setting the depth surely the tape is not needed in this instance
Nah. It’d be an ace average of 5 feet…. Not good enough for the boys at Walters
milwakee hands down
Yes... They HAVE invented light concrete - it's called aircrete.
