HONEY ORANGE CHICKEN

HONEY ORANGE CHICKEN
1 kilo chicken fillet
1 cup all-purpose flour
1½ cup rice flour (NOT glutinous)
2 cups water, plus additional as needed
1 tsp. chicken powder
pinch of salt
pinch of baking powder
Honey Orange Sauce
2 cups orange juice
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup honey
½ cup oyster sauce
2 tbsps. hoisin sauce
¼ cup cornstarch dissolved in vinegar
1 tbsp. grated ginger
½ tsp. red chili flakes

Thank you Chef for putting in the quantity. Wala po akong orange juice so I used pineapple juice instead with a bit of lemon juice for the sauce. I just added some orange zest. Okay din naman. My husband and son loved the chicken and sauce. Thank you!!
